I had this bug and i didn't use havla.

I was outside of Theed, on Eclipse,and I made a single buff to the Health of my alt. I never recieved the message to go ahead with my next buff. Any try aftwards to buff only gave me the "must wait" message.

Havla is the problem, it seems it works for buffs but when it comes down to healing everything else it bugged it so you cant heal anything at all ever, only buff. Fix this please, i feel like im wasting my Skill Points on Master Doc now.

Buffed? Yes, he was self-buffed using Havla or Bivoli, i forget which, maybe both?

What weapon were you using? Scythe (he is Master Doctor Master Swordsman)

What were you fighting? Anything and Everything in the Geonosian Lab

Was it a mission or random NPC/MOB? Normal Spawns in Geonosian Lab

Grouped or solo? Solo (I think)

He was unable to use stims, heal any states, or heal wounds. He thought that maybe the Havla was bugged, so he waited until it wore off, then tried to heal again, and had the same results. He got the error message saying he had to wait to do it or something like that. He got into trouble fighting 2 Enhanced Kwis, so he had to run out of the lab, and got killed. he was really angry, and shut down the game. he turned it back on a few hours later and he could heal again, but he didn't buff himself, or eat any Havla (or maybe it was Bivoli he was eating, i'm not sure).

When this was happening, he tried using the F1 Toolbar to do the heals, he also tried the radial menus of the items in his inventory, and also used the command line commands for using them, and none of these options worked.

Please fix this ASAP, this is a complete game stopper for me and every other MD/MCM who pvp (or just try to walk anywhere on lok, dath, etc where everything agro you)

i was using a scythe

fighting everything in the geno cave but mostly genos.

no it was a mobs from the cave

i was solo at first then i went grouped with this other guy.

this is soo gay, im at the geno cave and im about to get incap and every time i try healing it gives me a system message saying that i have to wait or some thing like that. yes i used havla. agent, try using your havla again, the bug didnt hit me the first time i used havla after pub10 but the second time i got it. and if it matters im on the gorath server.

I have two accounts so I went and got them both a ticket to the Rebel Vette.

Got to the Rebel Hideout after purchasing a brand new set of million dollar armor for my new character.

Buffed my combat character with my Alt who is Master Doc/4404 CM and then buffed him as well. Used Bivoli and Havla as well as Ahrissa right then.

Went up to the Vette and set my Doctor toon to follow my main around and targetted him so all I would have to do is hit F1 for Health and Action Heals, F2 for Mind Heals and F3, F4 for mind foods for the Doc.

My Main is pretty defense stacked and with 80% energy / Kinetic Comp armor shouldn't have a problem. Got through a bit of it with the ocassional heal from the Doc working great (I had used two heals before I ran into my first SBD) and then that's when I needed a bit more healing so I hit F1 and saw the system message. Over the next 20 minutesI tried to heal time and time again while getting the same message everytime .... Of course by then I had died 3 times (stupid me I should of just run out to the escape pod or waited for time to end instead of ruining this brand new set of armor )

Needless to say I was pretty dang ticked off now that my brand new armor is down to 84% and I had to leave the Vette early when I would have been able to go through alot of it easily (I wasn't planning on visiting the room with5 SBD's in it of course)

Any word on this bug today? I am kinda outa touch here, however I logged in last night and kept receiving the same message. I couldn't cure a damned thing.

Havala = yes

buffed = yes

bivoli = yes

overt = at times yes

coronet, korvela, dantooine = couldn't heal where ever I went.

(sigh) this is the first time in my SWG career that I a miserable being a Doc.
