Not double - why not 900k like combat



I capped out 900k (had 35 to start) 2h sword melee experiencein less than 3 hours on dathmore killing rancors & gaping spiders (hunters & recluse mostly)


So why can't the docs have this level as well - it would take longer than combat for us to hit that level but it would save on shuttle trips.


You'd have to buff approx 800 - 850 peeps to cap.

Exactly Fallsguy, even though we will take what we can get..the current caped should be multiplied by 10 or more. I am still waiting for agent to respond to one of these posts, but at least we have the CM correspondent on top of it.

That's why I think the devs will nerf doc's and their FS ratio. No other profession can grind out a branch in 3-4 days with so little effort. Honestly the problem is that the very low XP cap inducing people to sit there and grind out their XP in the village. Whereas with a higher XP cap they could be buffing people for XP, I do agree that overall it seems very easy, but I dont think the devs had people sitting in the village with healing macros their idea of hard work striving for their Jedi.

Yes you can Quandry, but that is gridning..devs made this sytem for players to advance by playing the game. Buffs are expensive and to waste over 65 sets (for a whole branch) on a pet is silly. Not to mention, you can't call a pet and a droid, so you would need to leave the village, camp out and then go along with your buffing. Illogical to say the least

I couldn't believe this either.....Docs really got shafted on this one.


I had one free unlock waiting for me in the village, and I, with my incredible dexterity with a mouse, picked the wrongselection and got the healing branch for free rather then Reflexes. Oops.....

Long story short, I decided I might as well go with it, it was still one free branch, and I had been a master medic in the past.....surely Doctor XP conversion, with it's low XPcap, would have a small conversion rate as compensation, right?

Boy, did I get screwed.

I hope the devs fix this somehow, because it truly is a horrible imbalance. As a TKM/Fencer I can grind 900k xp and 300k combat xp in a single buff session on a good day.

Can't pull a pet and droid out at same time (non CH) - would have to sit in med center - but same problem cap then shuttle return - cap shuttle - return -no solution here for me.

That was my thought exactly. One of the docs in the village must have novice scout. You'd be getting survival XP and be able to buff at the same time. Sure the noobie camp you get at novice is only like a 65% or something similiar but that'll do for pet buffing won't it? Since you aren't worried really about quality, make action Ds. They only need organic and inorganic. get a few docs together and do factory runs on crappy BECs, CDRMs, SDS andAction Dbuffs..... or better yet craft the SDS and buffsby hand to get the crafting XP. One BER10 on whatever chemical there is nearby, one on whatever mineral is nearby and a couple flora farms on whatever you want. Let the harvesters run overnight and start your crafting/pet buffing grind in a camp the next day. A couple days of resource gathering would most likely suffice...... or better yet, buy grinding mineral, chemical and organic before you go. You could probably sell the crappy buffs that are left over to whatever other FS hopeful in the village.


Or just spend the money and buy a couple crates of action buffs to get it over with.


For pet buffing in a camp, just run a macro that enhances action, pauses for 2 seconds, stores your pet, pauses for 14 then repeats. You can manually call your pet once it's stored.......No need to buff all stats and action D is the biggest hitting non resource specific buff. You'll probably get about 800 XP per buff so after 100 cycles you get trained. That would be time to setup a new camp anyway.... granted this methode means you are using about 15000 action buffs.....you might want to hire a tumbler or a pet tricker.
