also i believe that issue number 38 (Schematic trading) is an issue of a different sort. i've been able to trade schematics with my CM buddy on several occasions. the issue seems to be not that they are untradable, but that there is no graphic for the schematic on the recipient's side. it appears as if there is nothing in the trading window. but if you accept the trade and look in your data pad, you'll find the schematic. maybe this issue just needs to be updated?

Great work Zarlor - here are my 10 with comments
1. #4 - Enhance Pack issues - with emphasis on experimentation problems and a timer indication. Additionally, I would rather a death would not automatically remove a buff but instead having it require a cloning to drop it. If I can Res them, I would rather they kept the buff, as they keep everything else (state effects and poison). If they intentionally want enhancements to evaporate on all deaths, a confirmation would be appreciated, because it feels like a bug now. They should also not provide xp when buffing pets, as that goes counter to their recent nerf, which makes it technically an exploit right now.
2. #7 - TEF Issues
3. #3 - Mind damage - With emphasis that an entertainer or squad leader should have some form of battle hymn or rally to help heal mind in the field.
4. #15 - Doctor Content
5. #5 - Heal consistency - Right now, it feels like your ability is a percentage added to the maximum only. It would be nice if it also added to the minimum, so you'd still have a range, but a novice wouldn't have the same floor as a master when using the same pack.
6. #10 - First Aid issues - Should scale with skill. Had an 8 round first aid marathon last night trying to stop a Pirate's bleed on someone. Actually had to rest for a bit before I could tackle it again.
7. #14 - Healing Range - Just to the typical follow distance. That would be perfect.
8. #12 - Combat Queue Heals - Peace works well as a work around, but shouldn't be necessary
9. #34 - Med Use Skill Granularity
10. #13 - Faction Points - would be nice to be recognized as we had with the combat xp.
