It's the havla. Just tested it. Worked for the buffs but nothing else.

I can reapply buffs but that is the only healing I am able to do.

I suggest not using havla for the time being.

edit: if someone is willing, could you please try using havla and then using a stim right after. See if it limits the healing to whatever type of healing you do right after or if it is just allowing healing via buffing or wound healing.

LOL that's how I tested it, and how I came up with my theory above that is at least semi-incorrect.

If I use havla, I can use one solitary stimpack-d and then I get cut off with the "you must wait to do that" nonsense.

1] Yes i was buffed

2] Ive had this problem on Corellia, rebel hideout (sp hehe) and Lok (at nyms)

3] Im Zabrak

4] Using a Laser Rifle

5] Fighting Imps/Pirates

6] It was a themepark mission (rebel)

7] Solo

8] I had just buffed myself (using halva/biv)

9] I have my speeder on my toolbar, and when i approached my mission WP, instead of STOPPING AND Exiting the swoop i just pressed the hotkey to STORE bike so i dismouted atuomaticly... It was after this i first encounterd problems

I had this happen 3 times yesterday, I did buff and used havla all 3 times, first planet Yavin second 2 times on Corellia and Tatooine. The first time I thought it was just me I was in combat and thought it was due to lag, I died because of it, after cloning I could heal wounds and buff but still couldn’t heal using stims, so I logged off for about 15 min, logged back in and it was still there. I submitted a ticket, logged off for a while. When I came back I buffed myself went to Coronet to get a mind buff and was able to heal entertainers in the cantina, went to Tatooine to hunt after a little while it came back. I got a response to my ticket stating it was known and to clear it I needed to log off for 30 min. After the 3rd time I just logged off for the night. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Was it a mission or random NPC/MOB? Mission

Grouped or solo? Grouped

Had a problem with /healstate working on myself from a macro. Seemed to work fine on others or if I selected the “use on self” for the item (i.e. cure intimidated) from inventory. I suggest that you add Used from Macro/cmd line/tool bar to the list of questions.

Yeah.. it's the Havla.. or so it seems to me. Buffed w/ havla.. got bugged three times.. died three times

buffed w/o havla after reset.. no bug (unless they fixed it during reset.. I'm not eating havla untill I'm sure it's fixed.

I was on the corvette and got the same message last night. I could not heal anyone. I can't recreate this at will, since after I left the corvette allw as fine again. But clearly this is occuring. Please make the Dev's aware of this issue.

Tested this morning after reset..havent taken any food...I duel a friend of mine..I could heal right before the duel but once on combat..."you must wait before you do that"...well, We are completely worthless now..
