The first time I logged in was at Dantooine Mining Outpost Of couse i was buffed and had used Havla and Bivoli. I was fighting Jantas I got a bleed and received the error message "you must wait to do that" I am a fencer Was holding a bladeprobably the Stun Baton,forget which one. I died finally as I'm not a master fencer and they kept hitting me with more bleeds and I was unable to heal any damage or the bleed.
Second time I logged in after 2 hours rebooting scanning the program I was still on Dantooine I was buffed but did not use Havla as I was wondering if this had caused the problem. I also did not use bivoli this time. Same thing it didn't make a difference.

sorry guys, I have yet to duplicate this myself, ill keep trying, and i posted this for the devs to see, so hopefully they will get working on it ASAP

One more thing I can't speak for other doctors but other than to sit and buff all day ( I REFUSE!) I'm totally useless. This character might as well be deleted. Can we expect a fix for this with in the next couple of days? Or is this another one that is effecting very few players and it might get fixed in a couple months? I really would like to know as this is the only character on this account that I use. I'm paying 15 dollars a month for a useless account. So could one of the devs or someone give me an honest answer. Please!

I most likely wont get a response from a dev until tommarow at the earliest
seems to be a fairly rare problem, perhaps linked to havla, but I and a few other docs I know cant duplicate it

Hi,
Im also having this bug,
Cannot do the following on myself or anyother person currenltly.
Healdmg, curedisease, healstates, firstaid.
I get a message saying the following "you must wait before you can do that".
I have tried selecting myself with ctrl-1, does not help. I am unsure what caused this happen. But it sucks, and it sucks bad 
.
. I was unable to help this guy with a disease and unless he had TKA, i dont think he's going to make it.
Hope this get a critical update fix tomo.

Hi again,
I did use both havla and bivoli, was on dantooine, doing mainly janta missions, was buffed wearing comp, had no trouble buffing tho. was in a group, left group still bugged.
Critical fix needed asap hehe

I get this as well. It is quite annoying.
I was buffed 20 minutes prior to killing.
I was on Naboo at the Emperors Retreat.
I am a Zabrack.
Was using a DXR6B rifle.
Was fighting an ATST.
Grouped or Solo I could not heal, buff, remove fire or cure poison/disease.
I drank brandy and havla.
I did a test with a guild mate for about 10 minutes. In a duel after he backed off and diseased me I could still not do any of the above. At that time I was not buffed, was not grouped, was not holding a rifle, was in a player city and was not eating or drinking any chef products. I hope this helps.

Not working for me on corbantis also. Discovered this nice little bug while working down a platoon of st's. No biggie but I hate wandering around with a bleed on. Checked to see if it was tef related so let a angler bite and poison me. no luck on that front either without a tef.

i am having this problem as well.
on nabooand on the vette.
i can't heal with CM or Doc stims. i can rez. i can buff.
i am waiting to have my char leave the server and relog to see if anything changes.
i have used both havla and bivoli and brandy and ahrisa.
i was killed repeatedly on the vette, as were friends. my friend's CM/doc toon also had the same problem. a friend with only medic could use stim b's. she did not eat havla or bivoli. we are about to test her eating havla.

Same thing here...however
i tried it with havla that was 99% and I got the same effect.....I could buff myself....but when I got in a fight no healing at all

And Zar doesn't like to share.
