not sure bro.. but i know one thing, if they kill my crafting and make docs a stim bot. ill be gone. from the looks of it stims are about all that will be anygood for crafting.. to me honest i dont want to have to craft tons of stims.. my death is near in this game with such a drastic change.

Quit being such a drama queen.
You can simply and easily keep your crafting shop by taking the medical crafting tree in medic, as the documents say thats where MOST medical crafting items will be. The only ones (that I can see) that won't are the healing stims which will be BE made.
You could always take a line of BE as well as the prereqs are dropping down to only the medical crafting line.
IT ISN'T THE END OF THE WORLD! Stop.. think. I know at first glance your characters life looks to be on the edge.. but by slightly altering your character you'll be FINE.
Trust me.. I went through all this 'omg the sky is falling' when the PvP changes went in and as a pure crafter (almost anyway) I didn't realize 'on leave' would work the way it does.
Besides, most docs I know would rather be out hunting instead of sitting in the streets in boredom, and NOW THEY CAN! Those that enjoy the crafting side of the game (and I most certainly do), the world isn't ending, just being shuffled around in a minor cataclysm
Chin up, yes change happens and most dislike it. But it's so hugely for the good of the game, a few minor hiccups should be expected.
The only changes I really don't like is that there are gonna be way more BE's now.. and I don't want the competition!

Bio-Engineer Profession Changes
All crafting skill mods and all crafting schematics moved into this tree.
Pre-requisite: novice medic crafting line.
This suggests to me that Medic will have no crafting skills and not schems.

I think I read the trees for doc are changing, dropping two in medic if I read correctly. So, this should make up for a line of BE, maybe, we'll just have to wait to see how they calculate. I would prefer people not jump ship just yet, wait to make your decision until after revamp. People will be people though, and I know some will just jump for jumps sake.

lol, not the end....they are totally changing the game system. your right tho, its not the end, just the end to the game that i liked.
I remember the CH nerf. i should i was a ch then. or i sould say my alt was. I know the track record for these things. This is a Doc nerf.. but like i did with CH ill stay around to see. if they destroy doc ( like they did ch ) i think ill go.. Im tired of being the class they axe all the time. call it a personal gripe. one time OK... two times, gets a little old.....
poizen.

Every medical player that had a chance to comment on the new healing system before it went public put their weight against these changes to no avail. We put our 2 credits in and SOE flushed them. All we can hope is that they realise virtually noone is for the changes in their proposed state and make the changes we've been begging for before it goes live, or at least concede that they are wrong and work to change it ASAP. We cann all help in trying to convince them to do the latter.

There were two different CU's since the Alpha testers were picked.
The first Rev still had 3 HAM bars, all of which could be healed by meds. There was no mention of crafting changes. There were no mention of buff changes though we suspect buffs would get tweaked down we had no idea to the degree.
I was very excited by the first Rev. It seemed like a great way to fix many of the issues of the current game.
We were not give any notice of the Rev2 of the CU until about a week or so before Blairs post. We were led to believe that our comments to those docs would result in changes. We were given no notice that Blair would be posting to everyone (solidifing the proposed changes). We also had no idea that none of our comments would result in any changes from the initial Rev2 documents.
Basically the Alpha "testing" consisted of them showing us documents then doing as they wanted. I can not quote on thing that was said in the CU forum that resulted in a change.
Basically I am saying, as Alpha testers, we were not impowered in any way.
slayer this message says it all to me.. how many times are they going to push things live when even in alpha the player testers didnt like what they where doing. Come on bro, isnt this the same old thing ?
