Kauri does have this problem too, thats why i no longer buff people at all. I have been getting tons of tells latelly demanding buffs and saying they want the buff now and they will will pay me later. Then i have the ones who tell me i am a doctor and its my duty to buff them. SOme of the people on the server are getting to be real bastards latelly. Not to mention around a month back when that doctor in coronet put REBS on deny so they pulled out animals and shot off launchers and crap to disrupt the doctors business for a while. Kauri does have problems but they just are not as bad as some servers.

^^ ah ok...i just use the system messages tab.... but then i dont buff large-scale anymore...

Its so much better since the devs re-set the email notification from tips, at least they just cant send the message like some asses did!!

This falls under Grief and should allways be brought to CRS attention!

Players that cant behave should be baned for life....

Take loads of screenshots and hit /report.

An added treat is to tell said person what you just did... allways a blast.

i had people ask for free buffs lately..

I had people park Banthas and Speeder Bikes on me.

I've had a person 'just because i did not get the money' whineing and curseing me down for an hour or more.

i've had a person kill me when i was buffin and just because they found out i had a tef and then he went overt and killed me..

I've had people ask 4 questions in a row without bothering putting all the words in 1 sentance and was a really bad time since i had 10 people asking the same questions.

It sucks being a Doc and most people don't relize it even when they are cussing me out.

I myself had my fair share of runnins with people on the server who claim that I have ripped hem off in one way or another. I find the most common to be players coming up to you and saying could you tip me back the money I gave you, I usually reply to this yes when I get to your e-mail I will do, however there never tends to be an email. Then of course all hell breaks loose and someone runs round spreading a ton of lies etc about you when you've been loyal to everyone else in the queue.

I will be honest, when it comes to buffing I loathe it. I find it one of the most monotinous / labouring / boring things to do in the game so instead of buffing I go and hunt some Janta's as I at least find this entertaining.

Occasionally I will sit and buff, but due to people in the game wanting to ruin others fun or cause hassle for others, it puts me off buffing and it is on a rare basis that I do it.

It is the samw with people riding in on a speeder and parking over the crowd, it's not big and it is not clever but yet we have people that do it.

I think maybe as Doctors we need to come to some sort of agreement I read aboveabout one Doctor paying hunters to stalk and agrovate a player lol, a good idea but a bit extreme for my tastes.I think maybe we need to implement some sort of a list IG via email maybe of commonly known players who cause this aggrovation for doctors and then just refuse to buff or talk to anyone on the list for a set time limit.

Obviously the creators won't step in and give them a slap on the wrist but perhaps we can get together and issue some sort of temporary adding to the ignore list on this one, at least that way they will learn a lesson.

I had a guy not too long ago who didn't tip me. I saw in his chat bubble the words "tip 12000" so he had obviously forgotten to put a slash in front of the word tip. I tried explaining it to him nicely and asked him to look at his own chat logs, but he freaked out and ran around the starport area screaming that I had cheated him etc. At first I considered simply buffing him and sending him on his way, but the more I thought about it the more I decided to stick to my guns and just let him act like a fool as long as he wanted to. He ran around like this for several minutes and then all of a sudden he stopped and sent me a tell apologizing saying he had looked at the chat logs closer and realized it was his mistake. I then received a banktip of 75k from the guy and I have never seen him again.

I didn't buff for a very long time after that. I generally dislike doing it anyway, but sometimes it is nice to do something besides run around killing and I can make 3 times the money actually using my buffs rather than selling them, although I still can make a lot more running missions. I think if the merchant nerf hits like it looks like it will though I will have to eliminate vendors altogether and do even more buffs so I better get used to it I guess.

Umm no it is not 'easy money' people think that and thats exactly why people harass us in the first place.

Our price is more visible then any other profession and thats why people think its easy,they don't see our Spatial chat,they just see us sitting and buffing.
