Thread: HAM and Buff Focus Thread
Because the game is changing. There are no wounds other than health so that's like 18 schems gone right there. All buffing is changing, really being removed completely and changed to something else so 18 more gone. Point is buffs break the game, they are being removed to be replaced by something else. We would be a completely useless class if we did not change with the game along with it.

You miss my point. Why screw with the crafting side of the Doctor profession at all? Why is this needed? Why should we need to depend on yet another class to be what are Master tag says we are, a doctor. Where is it necessary to change this part of the profession and the game to begin with?

The game needs tweaking in most areasand changed in some, not a complete reworking imho. I will try to change with this changing game, but when the changes remove half of the reason I play.....I will not be playing anymore. Pretty simple. Games are played for fun, so far (year and a half almost 2 now) I have had fun almost everytime I play.
I have just never seen a game company completely change a game and it's mechanics, as they are doing, after the game has been established for more than a year. I do not hold hope.
While I would be sad to see anyone go you need to be where ever you are having the most fun. Understand the crafting will be possible, you just need some BE, so the question are you willing to take a little BE?
The CM correspondant told the CM flat out, all crafting to going to BE. So I truely hope that they will not bog down BE completely with 3 professions worth of crafting (Doc/BE/CM) and continue to hope that Doc meds drop to Medical doc. Hoping in vain I'm sure but still...

More accurately:
Make it so sculpting never existed. And you are given to choice to learn Painting for free instantly.
Seems reasonable. Still able to create still able to put your voice into physical form. Better than nothing.
Luckly! here you use the same tools to paint and sculpt! (Keyboard and mouse) and can get hypoalergenic paints!

Just to prove a point I looked up Group and Multiplayer...here is what I came up with.

Main Entry: Multiplayer
1 : A mode of game in which the primary aspect is to compete against one or more human players.
The definition of Multiplayer is the best...."PRIMARY ASPECTS"....which mean some/most but not all. The CU is not forcing "Groups"....It's encouraging it. You will still be able to solo, but you won't be able to solo everything that you can solo today.
So now that you know what Group and Multiplayer actually means according to Websters....maybe now you can understand what SOE is doing, and why a lot of people want that type of interaction in a "MULTIPLAYER" game. This is not KOTOR or SW Cammado (Both awesome games might I add).
