Thread: Desired Rewards
probably already said i a million times...... A HOLOCRON!!!!!
that is sutable reward for completing a long quest. and make it like the tusken kings quest, where a player can only do it so many times, before it stops giving the loot.
that way all the ebayers wont be selling them, because everyone knows how to get them and they are something you cant get over and over.
maybe 3 hard quests, each with a reward of a holo. one loot per person and only attanable once.
I don't have time to read 55 pages of replies, but one idea... in the movie, Han, Luke, Chewie and co. all received MEDALS for their acts of bravery (or treachery, depending what side you're on). In lieu of badges, which clutter up your profile and tho some sound cool, aren't very consistent ("...has aided a mourning widow...") with an object that looks like a trophy or medal (banner, whatever) something you could either wear or put in a (craftable) display case in your home. Then supplement that with a public display... say use those huge and mostly unused buildings in cities and put up plaques featuring the names of the people who have done certain deeds... and if you're a real hero for whatever faction, cause (build the first Super Core Crusher Modulator Perfectamundo) you're honored by some other viewable by all in a public place thing like a bust or a portrait... and hey, if you're a war hero, why not a statue? These buildings glorify the professions, so it's not like it has to be reserved for combat classes.
It would be nice with something that shows you have completed all the themepark quests. Like a badge, title-option or a trophy. Ihad some nice loot when I was done with Jabba's missions. And I madegood creditson that stuff. But I whould trade it all for a nice title. Easy..
Thanks for a great game!

Rugs and Screenshot Paintings I would love to be able to drop/hang some bantha shag carpeting or have something more interesting then a Grunda Painting on the wall of my PA hall. They exist in cantina's and taverns and city halls on world so why wouldn't they be feasible to implement? I would also like to see architects given a good number of more items.
So as not to leave the crafters in a bind, how about some items that they cannot craft?
1) Paintings - I've seen some great paintings in game already.
2) Small Statues - Darth Vader, The Emperor, animal, Tie-Fighter, X-Wing, A-Wing, etc...
3)Non-craftable plants.
4) Carpets
5) Unique class-based armor (Ie: Bounty Hunter armor - low, low encumberance and high protection.)
6) Faction based armor/clothing rewards - I'd kill for a suit of ImperialDS designation clothing. (Black helmet and jumpsuit worn by Imperial pilots.)
7) I'd like to see a serious reduction in Imperial racism. (As an Imperial Zabrak...) Perhaps there could be multiple quests available, wherein each completed quest would reduce the penalty by a set percentage.
I do not like the idea of items or schematics that can only be used by crafters. This causes: A) Price gouging. B) The looter to be required to hand over his hard-fought artifact to a crafter, hoping he will use it as intended and give it back to the looter.
Right alot of quest are still broke fix em before you get up here and say there is no problem.
First I will begin by saying that the long missions, theme parks as well as those obtained frmo NPC, are interesting to do. The hints and suggestions relating to the storyline displayed in the three movies is very thought out. However the rewards hardly seem worth it. You can spend hours finishing a theme park and not come out with any truly worthwhile reward. To me a simple solution is awarding more faction points. I find it odd that in a couple hours of running rebel missions I can pick up more faction points than completing the entire rebel theme park. If I have won over Ackbar, Leia, Luke, and Dodonna shouldn't I be moving up the ranks of the rebel alliance? If faction points will tilt the balance too much how about simply giving out promotions? This would still make players earn points to pick up faction pets but not have to spend them on promotions.
