Its a shame how SOE talks with us ....

Did grind 1 year like hell and now i need to wait for a NPC that will tell me that i have to go to datho do do a mission like drive patrole routs* 1/10 *

and after doing 10/10 i need to do 1/10 again couse they are special routes ????? wow nice job leting us drive 4 hr around village after we are allowed to enter village after 1 week !

What irks me about this the most is how the DEVS deny any change to the unlock system up until now. Everyone said it was 4+4 at one point, why not just be honest with us or at least transparent for christ sake we get treated like we owe them for paying to play. I for one have put much time, effort, and moneyinto this only to find the same thing is true: The DEVS operate under their own set of rules not controlled by the customers they serve nor a sense of fairness and honesty which normally one expects when they are paying for a service. Get it together and stop with the surprise your screwed updates. Its a little late now for you to say we shuold have grinded an extra 5-8 more professions when you denied that it was necessary at the time, the latest publish qualifications are a joke at best. Oh and just as you spring this on us as we should have, here is one for you.Maybe youshould have been a little more honest with your player base, put out some information from time to time. We deserve to know what is going on even if wedon't have the power to sway things, at least let us in on it. /rant off

im still as confused as heck..if anyone can give me an answer it would be greatly appreciated.

on logging in yesterday...i was glowing, had done 75 badges and had a silent holocron a Looooooong time ago, only about 17 professions done in total though (found swordsman and loved it to bits)

Where does this put me now?

This 'credit' is a completly joke.

NO ONE TOLD US EXCEPT FOR internalmemos.com that the hidden professions had been raised so it doesn't matter ONE BIT.

If someone did the the holos and the last went silent he should have 80% done ....... not 10 not 20 not 30 ..... 80% .

EVERYONE who had done the holos until should find himself one step away from the old man .

Now crafters have to get the corvette or the warran badge ......... really great idea . Again u screwed all the non elite fighters and honored the grinders which had done the most damage to the game. Nyms themepark .... ohhh wait is there somewhere on this plant a single NPC where u can cancel a bugged mission from nym ???????? no there isnt .

Now its grinding badges .... again grinding professions because most quests can only be fullfilled if ure a fighter .

A complete NON fighter should be able to do THE WHOLE THING TOO AND THAT EXCLUDES EVERYTHING THAT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH FIGHTING. That excludes every themepark, the warran and especially the corvette .

Sorry im completly pissed off because of the farce u called 'credit'.......... yes players ...... u spend millions on holos which had no use afterall because u wont get any real credit for actions that should have been enough to fullfill 80% of theway .

I have one thing to say to people who have recently joined the game and are criticizing the veterans for expressing their utter disdain for the devs. THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT!!!! If there was a single time in this game's history when everything came out and worked as advertisedI cannot remember it. NEVER has a patch worked even 80% right when it is released. When this game first came out there were literally hundreds of issues, some of which have still not been resolved to this day. From factories not working, to bugged quests and NPC's, to the failed hologrinding scheme, the devs have let down veteran subscribers over and over again. To those of you who just joined this game **edit**, you have no idea how many times we have been dissapointed over the last year! The game as it is today is still nowhere near as solid as some MMO's who have been out the same amout of time, or in some cases, less time. Our frustration (veterans) is that this is yet another flopped patch full of bugs and situations that should have been anticipated by the development team. The fact that this patch is about jedi just makes it so much worse for so many people. Also, the devs have proven themselves to be untrustworthy by their own volition, just read TH's post to start this thread and you see that they raised the requirements to get jedi from 5 classes to 8 over the course of the game. This was NEVER announced, and we were promised that this raising of the bar would NEVER happen. So to the 100's or 1000's of people who would have earned jedi months ago if not for this sneakinessI offer my condolences. To those of you who are staying with this ultimately flawed game, have fun, and may the force be with you !<after your old man visit and your months of grinding>

Umm not sure if everyone knows this BUT:

By grinding Holos you skipped a day with a few small quests, YOU STILL HAVE TO GRIND HUNDREDS OF MILLION XP!

What the hell are you talking about... what do you think jedi is, a crafter?? a dancer?? no. they are force weilders and elite in combat. so stop your sooking. as for the other people, if your havnt already unlock in pub9 or 1 hidden profession left then no, you dont get a visit from the old man till the already unlocked or hologrinders are done.

- I support a rollback and keeping & balancing the old combat system.
