Wow, putting it that way really gets my blood burning. I think it's actually 4.5 mill a month, but regardless, that's a helluva lot of money. So..... what exactly are they doing with it, because judging by the current state of the game, the angry posts in the forums and the little to no response by the developers to customers' questions/complaints/requests, i'm sure not seeing where the money's going. Speaking as a MCH, i'm furious at the lack of a response we're getting to what i consider to be a very valid issue; however, reading this thread, there are quite a few legitimate concerns by different professions that need to be addressed. Do you think, perhaps, that they could spend some of that $54 mil a year on hiring some new employees to assist with customer service? Obviously, SOE grossly underestimated the sheer number of subscribers to this game, and the number of personnel that would be needed to support their client base. This lack of good judgement has served only to infuriate their customers, which often breeds resentment towards the developers, resulting in bad relations between the two parties - something that doesn't help anyone. I suppose i am only reiterating what's already been said, but it's hard to bite one's tongue for too long (it tends to bleed ).

Devs need to solve a ton of problems, but some problems are really important. I started CH, but it's bugged as hell. I will not continue in this wait for this reason. Do you need to see that Pikeman, CH, DE , Dancers and Rangers have completely disapperared to move yourself and add interest on these professions ? Do you need massive Cancel Accounts to realize that it is greatly time for you to fix things that you've been told since months ?



After getting a full compo 80%, being Master TK/Master Fencer, Buffed, what can resist you ? A Krayt, but it's really too high level for a only man. All caves and dungeons get their AFK-AutoLooters, each City get it's AFK-AutoKiller, each cantina get it's AFK-MacroingDancer. After months spent on the game, I have never get the feeling of being in Star Wars. Only in a futuristic game with some things from Star Wars - like an accident. Who is feared by the Empire, when a group of rebels overt come to Theed to make the law ? When Emperor's Retreat is attacked, where are the NPC imperials ? Why are StormTroopers so easy to kill all the day ? I see players killing stormtroopers all the day, doing thousands of faction points. Was the Imperial Crackdown a big joke used to allow Rebels to make millions of faction points ?


I get so many things that irritate me that it would take years to say all. Some would say me " but quit the game if it doesn't lease to you". I would answer them that , despite all these facts I've told , I like this game. But, with the time, I get lesser wish to connect me.



It's a warning to devs : move you, or players will move.

BUT I DON'T SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. THIS FORUM IS REALLY LIKE THIS GAME IN FACT : NO NEED TO SPEND TIME WITH DEVS, THEY ARE COUNTING MONEY.

I"m really tired of this "talk to your correspondent" crap. My Cor knows whats busted and he wants to see some heavy fixes. But getting solid answers from the dev's is the hardest thing i've ever seen done.

LOL Opa, ya, didn't have my caffeine intake just yet...But it would be nice to have a dev at least say, "We are aware of this problem and are working on it"...how hard is that??

You can fix professions and add dungeons with all sorts of cool monsters.... but, please add aStar Warsy feel to this game.

Game breaking? Maybe not. Extremely annoying and has been in the game forfar too long? YES.

I am really exited with all the changes. One thing thing that is driving everyone nuts is..... What will happen with current Jedi. I heard a term called Legacy Jedi. Will we keep our 2 slots?Cough up the info guys. =)

How about putting the combat revamp on Test Center so we, the community, can actually "Test" the system and give that feedback the devs want. I don't care if the revamp is on Test Center for 6 months or more if that is what is needed to fix it and find out if there are any bugs or exploits.


Doing a major overhaul just to implement it after publish 11 or SE to find out the l33t d00ds are exploiting it worse than the current system does no one any good. Let the players test it and see if it works.

WOW. I am getting posts deleted. I got to cross reference this to Q-3PO's thread where he talks about he presented the SWG forums as allowing both positive and negative. My filter is off so do not give me that 1 star white wash JustG. You could at least be a man and speak up. We are not fanbois but we are not against communication. WHEN WILL CH BE IN LINE WITH OTHER COMBAT PROFESSIONS?


And btw 6-12 months is the wrong answer.

Obviously, this is the "organic" method of keeping the Jedi population down. Jedi toons are not being played because of this obvious exploit that the devs are apparently uninterested in addressing on a global basis.


Meanwhile, the marketdroids push this as the Jedi Academy MMORPG.
