How about you go read the de boards, heck i dropped the prof but its just sad to read there when they were supposed to be the focus. You have killed a prof that had so much chance to change this game for the better. Ow well not the first time you didnt listen to your customers, I guess as long as you have some you have that opportunity to totally ignore them

Are you guy's going to make crafting, gaining exp for fighters, and entertaining any fun. doing the same thing over and over for day's is not very interesting but if you give me feedback or make any GOOD changes I might consider starting my account again. the game is boring make leveling more fun. thanks.

I couldn't see a topic for this post to go in so i'm going to place it in here


I'd like to know if it would be possible for a new Galactic shipping fee to be added to the bizzar's making it possible to purchase items from corellia whilst say in nabo...


A fee would be impossed on each item you attempted to retrieve say fixed at between 100/300 credits depending on how many planet hops the item you have brought is from your location.


This would go a long way to sorting out player related lag issues on corellia most people even on cable and top end systems have to wait in excess of 5min for bazzar's to load and its a real game killer.


The other thing i'm hopefull you folks will add soon is the ability for BF to slowly regen at certain rates when in a camp site.


You hurt camp builders badly by bringing in the no need for camps to call pets etc.. and although i loved the idea i think a new reason needs to be added to make camp building viable in the game.

**edit**? The last time i checked architects and tailors and armorsmtihs... etc.... were all professions as well... what about fixing them? DE doesnt count becuase the focus was combat droids... Necklaces cant be seen... decay on lamps and candles in crates ( dont get me wrong i love these new schematics but if they are not going to work to begin with why have them?). These simple things should be addressed as well... not just combatants!

Well devs you have to think of it this way. If galaxies now has over 300,000 people playing it, paying 15 bucks a month thats 45 million dollars a month. And now with World of Warcraft and many other MMMORPGS coming out, you better kick it into gear. Other wise population is gonna drop dramatically. Have you even looked at the World of Warcraft website. Thats alot to compete with. There already way more prepared then SWG was when it was first released. So i highly recomend you kick it into high gear, otherwise your payroll may suffer because of lack of content with all the new games coming out.

I'm hoping you can clear upsome misgivings I have with putting the smuggler and part 1 of the jedi revamp in the same patch. Chef's got almost a full publish to their revamp, DE's are getting almost 2. Are the Dev team and the programers foing to be able to FULLY concentrate on both profs at once and do a good job on both at the same time, or is one going to be left to the equivalent of the office coffee boy to work on while the big boys work on the other?


And before you ask which prof I am....I'm a smuggler who's worried the office boy is going to be working on his revamp. Are we going to see a In Development thread in the next week or so where we can see what is planned for us and give feedback or are we to be ignored for the jedi and be left with whatever we are given?

talon, I guess we have to face the cold hard facts. TH's disdain for our profession is well noted. Devs feel that our profession has too man players because we are UBER and EXPLOITERS. They will not answer us. It is part of the conspiracy. It is the only reason they would ignore us.

Why would they admit they are wrong? We have pointed it out. Why would they change us back while waiting for the rest to catch up? They hate us.


All the right answers for the right questions. CH's are nerfed for the duration. TH, JustG nor Rune care. It has been pointed out in several forums that Developers are the ultimate Game Masters. But in the case of SWG they fail their responsibilities of keeping up with fixes and keeping the professions somewhat in line with each other. In the normal world of Pencil and Paper gaming this would not be tolerated. For us CH it is like we have a GM that hates our class and when making a ruling it is always against us because of we play it. Our fixes are greatly ignored. We not are less capable. Every other class was made more powerful rather than being fixed so we are even less capable where fixes have been made. I had pets autostore on me just again the other day. Thank god for burst run because the Devs plainly do not care. The Space Expansion (which frankly most people will not buy) is more important.

Yes, same here... And the same with SEVERAL posters here : when will this "new path to the Jedi" be approximatly published ? Is it in 3 months ? Two months ? Before the summer holidays ? During ? After ?


In other words : exactly how long do you expect people to wait (and pay) before they can work on one of the most important reasons they play this game : becoming a Jedi ?

I just need to know onw thing:


What will become of combat professions over the next month or two.


Will mind still be able to be targeted for damage?


How is this going to work?



I ask this all because I am considering changing my profession. But what point is there of changing professions if I don't know what I'm getting myself into.That is my only concern at this point. Because I've been sticking with pistoleer on the assumption that it will be getting fixed shortly. I can see now that is not the case.

I really the devs only reply in the morning PST, because you rarely, if ever, see them post after 11 to 12 EST...


Anyways, brought up before in multiple posts, in multiple forums....Can you please give us, at the least, an acknowledgement, that you are aware of clone camping, 3x incapping by bh friends, load killing jedi, and if the jedi goes ld, killing them over and over....(don't argue about the last one...someone was banned from starsider 3 or 4 days ago for griefing a jedi back to initiate 0000 after she went ld, due to technical reasons confirmed by csr...)


Im beyond sick of it, im completely floored that not one DEV, CSR, or other individual, besides jedi player correspondant (who stickied a thread...) on this issue...Please give us an eta on this fix...either gank the missions, start banning all clone campers, or god something...85% of jedi no longer play due to these and other grief bugs, exploits, "tactics"...As I said before I will say again...DEVS, CSR, and official reps of SOE, refuse to post anything in regards to this for one of 3 reasons...


1) they have no idea how to fix it.

2) they want more data before posting, (this is a completely pat answer, used as an excuse)

3) they are unwilling to fix it.


I dare a DEV to respond, go ahead prove me wrong, seriously IM BEGGING YOU TO...If you don't you prove my point completely. I say, hmm, 1 week or less for a response, and then you prove my point.


Just acknowledge you know it exists, state you will be banning/suspending accounts using the known jedi/bh exploits, and griefers....and that alone will show us you are paying attention and not just taking a smoke break most of the day, and improving your free cell average...
