xDDOGx -- your previous post got one-starred; it was not deleted. The default setting for all accounts here automatically filters out all one-starred posts.
You need to go into"MyProfile" and select the tab "Preferences" -- about halfway down the page is a category called "Rating Quality Filter." Select radio button "1 (all)" then click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page. You will then see ALL posts, inlcuding the one you made that you thought was deleted.
I really wish the default was set to ALL posts -- this misunderstanding happens all the time, and is a perfect example of a way SOE could immediately improve communications. Here is a customer who assumed the worst -- that his post was deleted, and he/she felt censored by that, causing hard feelings against SOE. This could have been avoided with the simple change of setting the default for all accounts to see ALL posts.

You know, not all of us want to be a Jedi. I'm only jumping through these hoops to get the extra character slot.

A bit more info... the cycles are based on a specific number of seconds (1814400 to be precise) that is ticked off by system uptime.
The server resets the day after the cycle has ticked off. Again, the value can change based on village load. And the uptime can be affected by unexpected downtime (like maintenance, etc.).
So it really is approximately 3 weeks.
And it really will happen soon.
Don't forget, just like cities, those seconds don't tick away while the server is down for maint! so it's more like the first maintenance after 3 city weeks!

Ok Devs, I think it's time to let us know if you are going to keep the same ole present grind system for Jedi Initiate, or if you are actually going to provide some content. These time gated 3 week simple bugged-out-the-wazoo quests are not considered true content in my book. Please let me know as soon as possible because I would like to start giving all of my stuff in-game away to newbies if it's not going to change. I think SOE has wasted enough of my time already as it is.

Thanks for the clarification.
1814400/3600/24 = 21 days. Three weeks of server uptime per phase.
Now that this is known, the playerbase is able to take into account that servers aren't up 24/7, and that servers are up for varying amounts of time. Because we know this, the fact that Fooserver has advanced to phase 2 and Barserver has not, is less likely to generate the costs associated with /bugs, /rants, or /csrtickets.
Similarly, "vendor inactivity" or "touching your vendors" was imprecisely defined up until very recently. How many CSR-hours were wasted on that?
A meta-suggestion: People in MMORPGs will figure out what's under the hood of your system soon enough. You can reduce support costs by proactively being clear and precise about what was implemented.
We're not asking for a full functional spec (because there may never have been one

thats the stupidest Sh1t ive ever heard, since when do the devs so much un-necessary bullsh1t into a thing such a s a phase change, it should just be 3weeks precisely....not based on how many people where there at a certain time...retarted...
