I imagine the SOE CEO's are going to come into there office and find a post on the desk that says...
THEY ARE PISSED
Then they'll say "just give them another farming dungeon".
I hope you know what you're doing ... because galaxies begin to be empty ...
Haden : We do know that some Jedi exist during this period in our timeline.
Haden : We worked with Lucasfilm Licensing to ensure that we could include Jedi who have survived, in secrecy, and have made fiction
Haden, do you know what "timeline" means ?

Thunderpantsyou just triple incapped SWG. Blizzard are probablyrubbing their hands with glee.
Yeah, this decision really boils down to what the SOE executives perceive as the biggest threat to their revenue stream (player base): WoW. They know it's coming. They know it will be huge. To them, the best way to compete is not to fix an old product, but to release a new, exciting product: JTL. What they don't realize is that the SWG player base is not nearly as brainless as they think...we won't be sheep to be herded around by a shiny new carrot, still a long way away.
I can see how the execs would perceive the situation and choose to launch the new product before fixing the old one....new products are what they care about most. But in the end, they'll lose ALOT of what used to be their most loyal player base, and with the other new MMORPG games coming, alot won't bother to come back even for JTL.
I think great expectations would be a great substitution for good intentions.
"The road to hell is paved with GREAT EXPECTATIONS."
Yeah i think it works. BURN

Thunderheart has, maybe 30 pages back, but he's cleverly avoided the issue.
