Issue: Backpack sort order not saving. Difficult to keep track of resources when they are constantly being shuffled around. Server: ALL Planet: ALL
Location (x,y): -6000, -6000 through 6000, 6000
Your profession: Any profession that requirescrafting (CM in my case)
Instructionson how to recreate the bug: Open a backpack. Observe the random order of the contents. Click "Change View", click "Name" to sort by name, click "type" to sort by type, click "Change View" again to get back to the original view . Now you have an organized backpack, ideal for picking resources to use in crafting. After you close the backpack and open it again, violá, you've recreated the bug.
(the graphical settings could use some help saving too)
Eh, check this out while we're at it. KStarFire was kind enought to get this together in the Core Systems Thread. Issues With Persistant Settings

Instructions on how to recreate the bug:
Server: Europe-Chimaera
Planet: Dantooine
Location (x,y): All over the planet
Your profession: n/a
Instructions on how to recreate the bug: Take Missions from any Mission Terminal on Dantooine, complete the mission objectives and then nothing. Abort Mission from Datapad, then rinse and repeat for a truely miserable time.
Thanks

Issue: Vehicle Auto-Store Problems - Whenever my vehicle auto stores, any changes that I've made to it are not saved. That includes: vehicle customization and repairs. Yep - I've lost about 5000 credits worth of repairs due to this auto-store bug. Most of the time I store my vehicle right after repairs and then call it again, however sometimes it refuses to store itself. In this case it allows me to generate a second vehicle - the first vehicle disappears soon after. The second vehicles does not have any changes saved either.
Server: Starsider
Planet: Any
Location (x,y): Any
Your profession: Swordsman / Medic / Politician
Instructionson how to recreate the bug: Pull out your vehicle and make some repairs or do some customizations. Walk away (I'm not sure what triggers auto-store - it seems sporatic - going in a building might help). Wait for your vehicle to auto store. Pull it out and notice that the repairs you just made or the customizations did not take effect.
Also I'm not sure how to recreate the second bug - try driving around - storing the vehicle while on it, or while moving. Or try storing in crowded areas. I can't really say what keeps the vehicle from auto storing.
This happens where you repaired/customised a 'ghost' bike.
For these to stick ensure u call your bike immediately before repairing........

Issue: Patrons can no longer receive a musician and dancer buff simultaneously
Server: All servers
Planet: All planets
Location (x,y): All locations
Your profession: Master Dancer
Instructionson how to recreate the bug:
- Background: Patrons used to be able to /listen to a musician and /watch a dancer at the same time. Assuming both musician and dancer used /setperform on the patron, he could receive the dance (mind) ad music (focus/willpower) buffs simultaneously. With the addition of the forced two minute minimum to receive a buff, this was broken.
- Steps to reproduce: Have a patron /listen to a musician and then /watch a dancer (or vice versa). Musician and dancer both /setperform on patron. In every case, when the patron stops watching and listening, he only receives one buff, that of the performerhe focused on first. The second performer's buff is not applied, and has to be redone if the patron wishes to receive it.

Issue: Loot Tables
Server: All
Planet: All
Location (x,y):All
Your profession: Smuggler/Rifleman
Instructions on how to recreate the bug: Kill a 350k HAM Nightsister Elder, get a Message Fragment. Kill a 300 ham Meatlump stooge, get a Message Fragment.
Suggestion: Fix the loot tables. We shouldn't be leaving places empty handed after purposely assembling a group to kill a certain mob. Nightsister Elders, Krayt Dragons, Gorax, and NPC Dark Jedi should either always, or VERY often drop worthwhile loot.
Unfortunately there is no way they can do this till the
combat balance
or the servers will be flooded with decent loot...
For example it takes me 7-9 mins for an Elder depending on size of mind pool, and more like 3-4with a rifleman sidekick, so.... well you can see what would happen if the decent loot was common atm....
Your profession: Swordsman/Pike/Fencer/Medic/Scout
Instructions to recreate bug: Pull out your vehicle, mount your vehicle fly towards the starport enterance, slowly at first - so u can 'press against it'without auto-dismounting. After doing this for like 5 secs, drive away and get a flying start, drive hard into the starport enterance so u auto-dismount (do this twice for good measure). Dismount your bike, try to store it..... Realise you have a ghost bike....
Theres other simlar ways as well but if you can please fix this....

The warning email on structure condition doesn't come until much too late. I logged at 11:30 one night, and at 8:00 the next morning found that I had gotten a 34% condition email at 11:38. I was in a panic to get back to the other side of the galaxy to save my factory full of buffs and resources. I found out a friend had paid it up for me. Whew!
We should get a mail about condition at least a day before damage is due, one at 99% condition, 66%, 33%, and then at 0% an option to buy insurance on the structure to keep it from being destroyed. How great of a money sink would that be?! Once insurance kicks in, you have to pay up the bill to get access to your structure again.
The way this works is a bit tricky...
The harvesters are "unloaded" from the terrain when there is nobody near them, so I've been told (by a very helpful CSR) that they will not send a "structure has been damaged" email unless someone runs near it, causing it to load and consequently send you the email it had queued up. It's an unfortunate side effect of the dynamic loading of the terrain thathelps the gamerun so smoothly. Perhaps this could be changed, but I fear it might add a lot of strain to the servers. The way he made it sound, ifyour harvesterruns out of maintanence and nobody runs by it you wouldn't get an email at all. Maybe they are all loaded at server startup or certain times to ensure you would at least get one email since a harvester probably takes longer than one day to completely decay. I'm not sure about that. But it would explain why you got the email so late, and why the emails seem to come in at pretty random"% ofcondition remaining"times.
Long story short: don't rely on the system emails when it comes to harvester maintenance. A pad of paper and a pencil at your computer desk is a very good idea.
I completely agree with you that if it is possible theharvesters should send us an email first when the harvester stops operating and one every time it loses 25% condition.
Oh, and please get them moving again if possible. ![]()
They tend to cluster about the Ticket Collector, making it difficult to see or sometimes click on the Tic Col.
Server: Flurry

Your profession: Matters not.
Instructions on how to recreate the bug:
Just watch the NPCs march back and forth from the entrance of the blastpit to the Tic Collector. Just plain weird.
