Issue: Structure Condition Email needs to be sent out earlier (~1 day maint remaining)

Instructions on how to recreate the bug: Place a structure, allow maint to be used up.


The warning email on structure condition doesn't come until much too late. I logged at 11:30 one night, and at 8:00 the next morning found that I had gotten a 34% condition email at 11:38. I was in a panic to get back to the other side of the galaxy to save my factory full of buffs and resources. I found out a friend had paid it up for me. Whew!



We should get a mail about condition at least a day before damage is due, one at 99% condition, 66%, 33%, and then at 0% an option to buy insurance on the structure to keep it from being destroyed. How great of a money sink would that be?! Once insurance kicks in, you have to pay up the bill to get access to your structure again.

Issue: Players getting blamed for Devs giving us high quality resources

Recreate the bug: Simply play your profession to the best of your ability, using the best resources provided by the Dev team, and you will get blamed by TH for unbalancing the game. How about an apology for blaming us for Devs shortsightedness. How about owning up to the fact that an error was made on your part that has caused this balance, not the players for playing the game.

Issue: Characters Arms dissapearing into Belt when standing with arms by his sides. My character is a very fat Mon Cal. To recreate it, create a character who is fat, and equip him/her with a belt with pouches on it. Then make them stand with their arms by their sides. Obviously this is not a major issue, but it does detract from the look and feel of the game.

Instructions on how to recreate the bug: You can't turn off the turret anymore. You get the message that Turret defenses are inactive when you give the correct password, but are killed when you walk past the Turret on the way to the Elevator Control room.

Issue: Intense Server Lag on Dantooine. Accessing vendors and crafting takes longer on dantooine than any other planet

Open a crafting tool, look at a vendor, restock a vendor, or enter or exit a vehicle. There will be lag more than any other planet in any of these cases.

Issue: Items disappearing when canceling or closing the vendor or bazaar screen while retrieving.


Server: Eclipse, but I would suspect all servers have this problem


Planet: I have successfully tested this on Naboo and dantooine

buy or withdrawl and item from a vendor. While you are waiting for the item to be retrieved due to lag, close the bazaar or vendor window in frustration. If you come back the next day after a server reset the items will be gone. They will not appear in your inventory, the stock room, or available items. They are gone forever. CSRs have told my friend who lost a fortune in loot schematics and myself ( i lost over 60 weapons) that we are liars and that we received the goods.


I understand the CSRs are hesitent not give into all requests because some people could be scamming, but I would say the vast majority of people who request something have a legitimate complaint. More importantly this is a game and in no way giving us back our stuff will hurt your profit margin. It will only make players happy.


Thereare athree stagesfor thesolution to this problem. If people say they lost an item give it back. Dont questionour honesty. If 1 person in 99 gets away with a scam that isnt bad. You have 99 happy, shiny, people. Just flag each case and if you see the same person repeating it over and over obviously they are trying to exploit. Fix thelag and lastly if someone closes a vendor or bazaar window while somehting is retrieving have the item go directly back to the available items list.


I was pretty pissed for a week. My friend on the other hand seriously contemplated canceling all four of his accounts. His desire to continue to play a game with his friends has kept him in the game. I would say for both of us this is one step closer to leaving the game.

Issue: Super Battle Droids are ridiculously over powered and just don't fit the time line.

I have to jump in on this one. It is ruining the game experience for everyone I know. The super battle droid has been put in these dungeons to increase the level of difficulty. The DEVS out of laziness and lack of imagination have dumped a load of super battle droids on us so a couple people (Jedi) can be challenged. In the movies and the literature I have read so far there were no super battle droids on imperial or rebel ships. The Death Watch bunker was suppose to be a battle against the Death Watch. Well in the three times I have been there it always comes down to the super battle droid. I was at the bunker the other night with 3 friends and we were the only people there. The SBD has turned people off these dungeons.


Being in the military I never brief something negative without a solution. here goes:


Corvette: instead of SBDs increase the number of storm troopers or rebelsor criminals.There should be swarms of them. Also change the level of difficult based on the mission. Has been said many times. Adjust loot accordingly.


Death Watch Bunker: There should be two objectives to the dungeon.

(1) get the mandolarian armor. Most people can't wear it so this should be the minor quest. have the crafting area only be guarded by the super hard NPCs or SBDs if you need to. This area will be for the large groups of Jedi and BH that want the challenge. That will keep the number of suits of Mandolarian Armor down.

(2) The majority of us just want to explore and kill things. This part of the dungeon should be geared to the smaller groups. That way we can enjoy the bunker, get some loot,get a badge, and leave having a sense of accomplishment.


In both cases increase the drop rate for loot. Any NPC or creature over 50k HAM should have 100% loot drop rate and not just 50 credits. Something significant. A 200k HAM NPC or creature should have awesome loot. It has been said many times before the cost out weighs the benefit for these dungeons. In addition the loot industry is out of control with respect to price. Only a few can enjoy these new items. Stop the loot schematics with limited nimber of uses. I like the idea of loot schems, but once i have acquired it I should not forget how to make it 10 minutes after I have made 2 scythes or 5 DXR6 rifles.


What is going to happen to these dungeons when the weapon and armor nerf hits?

Issue: Weapon repairs are still bugged (since publish 7)

Server: Gorath

Your profession: Weaponsmith/Artisan

Instructions on how to recreate the bug: Just repair a lot of weapons which have lost 1 (!) point of condition. You will notice that 80% of all repairs result in a bad 20% condition drop on the weapon. Weaponsmiths were told they get a bonus to repair skill, this also doesn't seem to work anymore since publish 7

Issue: BlackSun NPC Loot drops screwy.


Server: FarStar (though I believe others are reporting the same thing)

Ok, I've killed LOTS of these guys, I have a full suit and a lot of spares, with the exception of one piece, the hallowed RIGHT BRACER. I've looted multiple chestplates, helmets, pants, boots, gloves, belts, every other arm piece several times over, I have 10, yes TEN left bracers and not a single right one.


Is the fear that allowing us to protect our right forearms will make us overpowered ?
