Certs for Mandalorian armor will be: Bounty Hunter, Commando, Ranger and Squad Leader
Thanks for both this and your answer to the Ranger question. You have made one Master Ranger extremely happy. If you want some idea of how cynical some Rangers are becoming, the answer you gave was honestly very similar to the best case response I had laid out in my mind. And then you add a bit of icing to the cake

ooooh so that's the developers intent? bounty hunters selling meat to make a living. well hell, if i had thought of that i never would have posted.
....
if the restriction was removed you could still master bounty hunter and master scout, since you like it so much.
did you read the response? obviously not. high offense medium defense is a great objective. the point is IT WONT WORK. why? for the reasons thunderheart wrote in his own answer. oh and try thinking a bit before you go off and call someone a dumbass.
In the much maligned December Publish you did the first phase of a 4 part combat rebalancing, you nerfed every creature in the game.
You told us that with this massive reduction in power we would see that creatures under level 50 that didn't spawn babies would become the exception rather than the rule. This did not happen as you explained it to us. There are practically no new babies available in the game and all of the existing wild pets are less powerful than they used to be. Some of the rares are *so* rare that they are assumed to either not exist or to be bugged in some manner.
After promising us more types of babies in a patch that happened in December, are you *seriously* telling us that you won't even look into it until after publish 10?
We're not even asking for more power. These are relatively low level babies we're talking about. We're just asking for more fun and variety in a system whichin the past wasproven torequire more or less a flip of the proverbial switch to change.
Glitterstim: (Master Smuggler); Boost to Health, Strength, Action, Quickness, Mind, Force Power Max Force Power Regeneration
Please tell me this is not serious. What can spice possibly have to do with the force?
Combat Balance:
please open the sandbox up to people who play on live.
Here are my combat characters:
- Master Bounty Hunter / Carbineer
- Carbineer / Fencer
- TKM
I was in Beta, send a ton of /bug reports (hopefully they have some utility), and have been asking for the /upload character feature to be turned on soI could helptest the combat balance since December. I would take the testing very seriously.

Ethical decisions that effect the smugglers reputation (basically, the new smuggler missions would be XP basedand focused on…well…smugglingSo the smuggler would have to “smuggle” phat loot from one NPC to another without getting caught and if the smuggler chose to deliver the item, the get the XP. If they didn’t, well, it would be an XP hit, but they would keep the item
I hope this means without getting caught by player bounty hunters ![]()
I've been talking about missions just like these for many, many months.
I understand why the reward is not monetary, because you don't want bounty hunters and smugglers conspiring with each other to share the prize.
But there are ways around this problem.
If the smuggler and the bounty hunter had to put up half the money, to the victor goes the spoils. If the smuggler makes the delivery without getting caught, they get all the money. If the bounty hunter catches the smuggler before he reaches the destination and defeats him, the bounty hunter gets all the money. Also instead of delivery anything with any real inherent value, it could just be some sort of place holder. For example: a mysterious package would show up in the smuggler's inventory if he accepts the mission. Yet nothing would be in the package. This is just like regular delivery missions, except there is higher risk/reward. There would be no set amount to poney up either. If I want to risk 20,000 credits to do one of these missions, and a smuggler doesn't mind risking the same amount, either of us could stand to make a pretty penney, if we succeed.

The ironic thing about this is none of those professions are strong enough to last very long in the DWB.

I disagree while it is desired it is not very usefull just ask some people that have them, they look cool, but they are really subpar compared to the other loot you'd find before getting your hands on this, the damage is energy, useless in pvp and in pve blocked commonly as well, the double DoT is okay but if they were like a high psn on health and a stronger than the standard diease it may be a little better.
The new weapon in combat balance sounds good, I suggest restraint since it is not used really yet.
Alright so my questions didn't get seen...lemme try that again...
Unless there's a lot I'm not seeing.
1) The whole tokens of insta-travel....
Ok so what happens when the SE hits? This will become WORTHLESS.
2) Treasure maps...great. They suck.
3) Equipment buffing? What the hell does that mean? I have to say I don't like the sound of it that much. Is that like doctor buffing your gun? Isn't that what power-ups are for? Hold me, I'm scared.
4) Spices...uh so we get 1 extra spice? What about all the OTHER spices...you know, the ones NO ONE'S buying because chef food is so much better? I'm not seeing anything but one more new spice. Sure that simplifies my production, but it's not exactly enriching my game.
5) Unarmed moves. Okay, cool. What are they? What do they do? They worth anything? Do they add to "smuggler's evading?"
Soooo...TH. Is this what I've been waiting for since launch? C'mon man, this the Smugglers ONLY chance for a revamp. It took nearly a YEAR to get this much. Smugglers will probably NEVER get this chance again. Help us out here, bro! From one beta tester to another!
