i notice you are registered feb./24/04... did you happen to notice that almost 85%+ of people who are saying the are going to quit have been playing PAYING for more then 9 months... if you had seen everything they have you would feel the same way. . youll see keep playing and paying... im sure in 6 months youll still think it was $ well spent... psh

He is right, many of you are throwing a tantrum when all they want to do is NOT make the mistake they did a year ago with JtLS. Is this cambat rebuild really that much more important then having the spaceships added? NO it is NOT. Sorry. That is the hard, cold truth.

I know something about schedualing of a big software project and sometimes you can throw all the programers in NASA and JPL with all the capital of theNational GDP behind it and actually make it take LONGER to do. This is the right aproach, had to be done.

Bad management is bad management.

They have had 12 months building up to the current point, it's not like overnight someone just all of the sudden wanted something and wanted it right now.

This game has never been fixed since launch, the GCW has never worked. And the "Combat Balance" started, that we have real proof of, with Creature Handler, as it seems completely obvious that development of it stopped directly after that.

You might be happy with this slow development cycle but many are not. They simply do not feel that they have gotten their $15 a month out of the game.

If you do, that's great, and I honestly hope you continue to enjoy your time in the game, but many of us have heard the same song and dance over and over again just a little too often.

Mark my words, you WILL NOT see combat balance till at least after the first of the year, which will make the combat balance itself 1 year in the making.

If it goes anything like the GCW, well, it's been over a year now, still waiting. . .

I myself am starting to miss Blizzard, granted the battle.net lag sucked but at least I didn't feel screwed at the end of every month. Heck, I think patches came faster there and they were free.

I spend more in amonth on coffee than I do on this game, and I have 3 accounts. Honestly. It's not like I'm spending a fortune on the game. I've been playing this game since the beginning of beta 3. I have 3 accounts. I play a Wookiee CH/Politician (gimp). I play a Rodian dancer (gimp). I have one real combat character. Do I enjoy playing? You bet! If I did NOT enjoy this game, I sure as heck wouldn't be playing it. I've got better things to do with my time than spend time doing something I hate. I have work for that, and they pay me. I'll be playing this game for a long time to come. I'm looking forward to the upcoming changes. I'm looking forward to JTL. Will it have bugs? More than likely. Will I keep playing? Sure thing. Until the game is no longer fun. Then I'll move on.

And I certainly won't rant about it for months on end before I go.

Actually, no I'm not having fun. I haven't had any fun since oh I don't know, about January or so. Since then I've been waiting, ever day for the rest of the balance.

Every single day it's more problems and more lies.

Got an idea for all those "It's only $15" people. I'm gunna go setup a web site, and you guys can all come and drop $15 a month on me, and I'll see if I can't tell a joke once a week or something, I mean, it's ONLY $15 right.

You spend more than that on coffee right.

RIght now, my RIFLE/CM is a better tank than my jedi...I say again , MY RIFLE/CM is a BETTER TANK than my 2nd RANK JEDI KNIGHT, particularly in PvE. This is a pure, cruel vicious joke.

3) Our poison cures and disease cures need to be UNNERFED back to the level they were before patch 9 - why were these nerfed in the first place?

These are gaping wound injuries in the current system. They are simple tweaks. Please fix them. TY.

actually creature handlers were the first to be rebalanced back in DECEMBER 2003!

does anyone else remember a post by Q3PO i believe that said the JTL dev team was seperate from the SWG core dev team and it would not interrupt our patches and gaming? ill get to researching that one i swear i remember reading that somewhere.

Don't worry. The combat revamp has been delayed, but it is confirmed that new emotes WILL be added before JTL!!

Totally un-called for. That would be a simple case of shooting the messenger. The fact remains the message is the same. His job is to mitigate the information provided by the Company to the player base and vice versa. Yes he may have an effect on the game to the degree of how well he gives them our feedback, but calling for him to be fired for simply doing his job...?
