Few random points....
basically SWG is just going downhill - bigstyle.
Im sure there is MANY more people leaving swg that there are joining the game.
When JTL is released the people that are still here will be exploring JTL/space, so thats goner make the cities even more like ghost towns.
They should concentrate on keeping the people who are already in SWG, in the game -if a person leaves and they tell their mate SWG is rubbish then that friend isnt gonner join (which highlights my first point)
People are leaving our guild becasue there isnt as many hunts as we used to have, so why not organise more hunts you say, well basically our hunts last like 30minutes now becasue we are all to uber - we were hoping the combat balance would help this problem - but now we gotta wait until after October.. I can see another 50+ people (100+accounts) leaving becasue of this delay.
and final point - fix the god damn forums login crap, never seen any bulliten board as worse as this for bugs.. did SWG devs write this board too?

I went BH a while back to helpfix the dev oversight that was Publish 9. I figured if I could kill a few Jedi, my time on the game would mean something.
I haven't even made it to Invest 3 yet, and I can now see that time, and not to mention, money, was wasted.
The Combat Rebalance was the only hope that my toon could actually be an effective BH, without having to retool to one of these Fencer/TKM/BH hybrids. Even then, I don't think I could be effective. I will wait until Publish 10 to see the influx of the new Jedi. If it comes to the point where not only the BH community, but the rest of the non-Jedi community can't handle them, I'm gone. Maybe sooner if the current Jedi continue to be the wankers they are.
If it comes to that point, I will NOT re-subcribe, I will NOT buy JTL, and it's going to take a big, big leap of faith to get me to come back, with WoW and other games on the horizon.

Ive got a friend on [Eclipse] Eobree, he is M. Brawler / M. TKA / M. Swordsman and some of Pike/Fencer.
He was double logged on (user.cfg) and leveling in the Geo cave with both Chars. While some jedi came and got the spawn kwi's up and killed his alt.
So of caurse he got pissed off, duelled the Jedi Gaurdian 4444 and abosolutly kicked the **edit** out of that jedi. The jedi lost a few boxes of XP i think,he was pretty mad 
So its possible to kick the crap out of them

Forming all your troops to tackle one thing at a time is a great idea, but is what the SWG team should have been doing in the first place.
Also don't expect me to buy JTL untill AFTER combat rebalance. I'm not going to pay $30 (estimate) for JTL when the combat rebalance could possiblybe something that makes me leave.

I just read in another thread that WoW is actually scheduled to come out this fall. Is that true???? I was thinking it was more likea 2005 kinda release.
If this is actually true, suddenly I think it's obvious why JTL is being pushed out the door this fall and why everything else is being delayed.................

good point there Reptile. Wow is moving along nicely - euro Beta just opened, so yes it should be released this Autumn 2004.
So yes I think this is a last attempt by the devs to stop people going across to Wow.
Two words - they'll fail.
SWG - This isnt the game your looking for.

Not even a single mention of Smuggler!? When I said it will take months, now it looks like next year, if ever! I can pat myself on the back for cancelling.... again. 
Pffft.. this game should have been titled Star Wars Galaxies: JEDI vs BOUNTY HUNTER.

Me has also signed up for WoW.
Im not sure what to do with my SWG account yet. But i deffinitly know when WoW is live, SWG goes into the trashcan that's for sure.

I havent log on since publish 8 since the game is too crappy for me to play . Now that i ve read all of this I ASK YOU TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT THING ON WHAT YOU CALL A GAME.
I ONLY WANT TO PAY WHEN I LOG ON : MEANS IF I PLAY 2 HOURS A MONTH, I WANT TO PAY FOR 2 HOURS AND NOT FOR A MONTH. I M NOT PAYING FOR SUCH A FOOLISH AND BROKEN GAME. DO THIS OR I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT UNTILL SOME BETTER DAYS COME OR BETTER MMORPG ! (WHO SAID WoW ?)

Do you actually realise how many people were just hanging around to see the outcome of the combat/GCW revamp?
You "balance" PvE, creature handlers and Jedi, based upon these revamps. Then leave every else overpowered!!! You keep adding gimmicks (content, lol) that no body really cares about, while basically just adding more bugs and breaking things that worked fine.
You avoid answering the "19 questions", because of these revamps. Now you are telling us (yet again), its delayed to probably dooms day!!!
This is just a ploy to beat WoW to the market with JTL. Which to be honest, (JLT) doesn't look any more exiting than buying XWing V TIE Fighter (good game, also a lot cheaper to buy on budget lables). We all know it will be highly bugged, so what is next? Wait until after the JTL revamp? Sorry, but no!!!!
