As it stands the only way I have seen to even compete against a Jedi is to be in a huge group,the idea of having weapons unblockable is a good one. I'm not saying max damage to the Jedi but give us a fighting chance. Jedi run around thinking they are gods with no worries or cares about who is around the corner. I'm sure if you asked Lucas he would say the same thing. Help the Bounty Hunter scare the jedi.

Give Carbineers a new gun, a decent one with a new damage type (electricity would be rad).
We're one of the only professions that hasn't gotten a new one (DXR6 is better than Slug Thrower for acid damage and Enchaned E11 doesn't really count as a new one..)

Remove the damage modifier when using a rifle or heavy weapon. Everyone has the same chance of a mob/player running up and meleeing them.

Armor encumberance should be relative (a % value) not absolute and should affect skill mods as well (high encumberance should lower dodge for instance).

1. Remove the dominance of mind from pvp combat by allowing it to be healed while adjusting armor protects /weapon damage to conpensate (to avoid unkillable people problems).
2. Remove dominance of stun damage from pvp by hard capping armor (AND ADJUSTING CURRENT ARMOR) to something lower than 80%/90% (actualy numbers should be tested extensively).
Yes, this from an armorsmith (and a darn good one too!).

Put in the HAM changes. Make the use of "specials" actually be special. Combat would be a lot more fun and challenging if we couldn't just spam specials the entire fight. This combined with overpowered buffs and Armor and we can STILL SOLO stuff we shouldn't....it just takesa little longer.
Oh, and start treating the jedi profession like you do the Ranger and Smuggler profession.

Add disease and poison resistences which would mitigate the damage a character suffered from DOTs, possibly slide them in beside the melee/ ranged mitigations.

TH there are no one sentence fixes here buddy, its much bigger than that.
Besides how many times can you skim over posts with people begging for Combat Medic 75% PvP reduction and still ignore them? I bet its hard.
