One thing to change?
Missions : now, you just have to run, make it spawn and destroy it in less than one minute. Missions would be funnier andharder if they were like in Anarchy Online.
You probably know it, but in Anarchy Online, it makes spawn a bunker (or something else). Those missions need about 45 minutes - 1 hour to destroy it for a full group with a kind of boss at the end. There is almost the same thing in City of Heros with the "task force".

Give Master Smuggler a anti-poison spice that only does that, counter actspoison.

Give us craftable poison/diseas filters that fit in the sockets of our armor helmet, for defense against CM's.

Give people a good reason to go unarmored by having all armor add large penalties to things that require a high degree of mobility such as dodge and Taras Kasi special abilities.

Allow us to be able to play the game without having as much armor as we can possible carry while being buffed, preferbly by having armor reducing all defences and having those defences actualy allow you to not being hit.

Make MBH strong and give MBHers better NPC marks (i.e. NPC Jedi).

Make combat accuracy based, rather than damage based. this would negate the need to make 100k+ HAM enemies that require a group to kill. the more skilled you get, the more accurate you are.

Create "Instanced" low-lag PVP arenas so combat takes place at as close to 30fps as possible and start giving us a first person shooter style interface for combat (reticle/crosshair OSD w/ zoom and nearreal-time firing of attacks in a small "level" would bring PvP back to life)
