Make all stats healable, but with heal action, health and mind stims (plz no flaming just my opinion).

delete the doctor substat buffs, cap all buffs at less than 1k, cap armor at 50%, give armor and weapons purpose by giving them specificresists and damage types, reintroduce armor hole as a 'critical strike', and make armor encumber skill mods as well as HAM.

Get rid of substat buffs so that armor HAM costs matter again (this would have nerfed armor on its own without you having to do the "armor nerf")

Get ride of the 75% reduction in damage in PvP, for bleeds and normal attacks.

Make buffs enhance the playing experience, not a mandatory element to do anything beyond killing gnorts and jawas.

Halt all work on expansion, fix the core game as promised. (Not a quick hack fix that seems to have become the norm for this game)

75% PvP reduction on CM poisons/diseases, along with making faction armor craftable so that it can be produced with reasonable states to compare with othere armor types.
