Thanks for the reply and the info! I do have Feign Death, as does my partner, but whatever is aggroed seems to stay aggroed when you get back up.
I think we'll try the destroy mission next, just for the heck of it. It's possible that the game mechanics for setting up the various parameters are the same as those for using the computers and terminals (or keypads).

).
Does anyone know if you can complete the tasks necessary to destroy the ship (on the Neutral Destroy Mission) when you are aggroed? Seems you could do somethings, like pick stuff up and use terminals or computers while aggroed, but you could not put the spare droid part into the droid (I ended up risking the electricity damage to unlock the meeting room).and of course, could not speak to an NPC...

Yes you can do the destroy mission terminals with agro, The only thing you can't do while agro is repair the droid in the engine room that turns off the electric field.
I liked corvette before the minipublish which added a super droid in mostly every important corvette room.
We were able with appropriate group to go through corvette and kill everything except super droids.
Now it is mostly impossible without high level jedi.
Once you aggroed by droid you are forced to follow "run, die and try again" tactics.
This way you can't get a good loot and I really see no fun in it.
So last changes just removed all the fun and made corvette only interesting for jedi
(if you can count interesting just simple to be able easy kill)
You still can make it even solo, but make it -means only to get badge.

.....just did the Corvette..finally
Did the rescue w/ 5 people and finished w/ schematic and badge....it was fun *BUT*..
- I spent 2 hours getting the ticket..ok..whatever..thats fine
- spent at least 100k buying BE brandy, 40% synsteak, 40% psg, and +1100 vercupti
- ruined composite armor
- got a schematic I can't yet use...
- got a Bantha Doll...thanks guys
This has been said before..but the Risk vs Reward is kinda off and not work repeating imho
- migrate stats to 400-400-1100
- buff..of course..I self buff w/ be clothing and bivoli for 2400
- 68% base armor..goes w/o saying
- BE brandy w/ 25% fill at +400
- Vercupti at +1100 w/ 65 % fill for 8 mins
- synsteak for 40% reduction for 37 hits
- TKA power boost
- dancer mind buff
Final HAM for the next 8 mins = 4400/ 4400/ 4600
and just before I run..start a self heal macro and CoB macro.
...mind u this is just for the destroy asyou can be aggroed asyou throw the engine switches. Rescue only works if there is no aggro ..and assassin..haha..nope..I cant do that solo
one of my guild members has successfully solo'd the corvette 9 times on the solo destroy mission since they changed it.
Reason for being able to do it.
Incap food reduction. This reduces Incap time and increase grace before agro is achievedfrom mobs.
Note this only works on the destroy mission where you dont actively have to engage mobs just switch levers and activate controlls.
I think you need to re-visit this quest and seriously change the way it functions for all players.
Destroy missions should be soloable in my opinion.
Rescue missions should require a group of 1-5 people.
Assasinate missions should require a group of 5-10 people
