Fix pistoleer and carbineer specials so they do what they say they will do and have reasonable HAM costs.

Profession: Creature Handler
Request: Make all creatures under level 70 tamable and throw in a few more between 60-70 (currently there are only 4, one of which are tamable)

Significantly reduce the value that a doctor can enhance peoples HAM by because a HAM of 3000 takes the challenge out of the toughest mobs in the game.

Expanding on this idea...
Up the PVP damage to 50% of normal, and make stims heal mind, even if you have a speical pool just for that, it would make every profession at least fairly viable in pvp, and wouldn't damage PVE all that much.

NERF the crap out of all DoT's, triple the time between ticks, cut there effectiveness/strenght by 75%, make them twice as hard to apply/stick, make mind healable with existing medic stims, move poison/disease heal to master medic, cap armor at 50-60%, apply the armor delay to removing armor only,make armor encumbrance increase combat specials delay rather than ham encumbrance, allow entertainers to heal BF, andSL to declare group membersin Rangers camps.
Is that a "run-on"

Give pistoleers a viable pistol for high end PvE. Make the DE-10 AP2, or some other lightly used pistol like the SR combat.

75% reduction to CM attacksand reduce thier 100% hit rate to something more logical.

The best way to UnNerf the Combat, is to reduce Overal Buffing effectiveness by % calculations (doc and food alike). Same thing for Armor, reduce its effectiveness to an acceptable rate.

TH if you guys could do just a minipublish (9.4 for example) with the top 5 issues in this thread it would make everyone so happy I promise.
