I agree that the commando is THE guy that can take an AT-ST down, just please DEVS give them better weapons to accomplish it, instead of the flamethrower (just doesn't fit into Star Wars). Make it make sense.
Make them repairable in some fashion or give all Faction Troops some form of vitality
Remove or at least lessen the impact of DoT's, especially that dam flame thrower
Just say no to CH level determining how many faction troops we can have out. base it on rank
Please let our factional troops defend us from aggro's at least in PvE. If you're worried about someone running around trying to get a Krayt to aggro him so he can still use his AT against it, make it so the faction troops just won't attack Krayt's...

ok guys, look at this, the way you guys are going your nerfing everything all the way to china, pretty soon your going to have to remove all but 1 combat class and save all crafters. Lets think this thru.. what do I mean?
TKA, from what I hear your going to raise their attack distance to 27 meters. If you ask me, they knew the pros and cons about their class.. and still they will get it.. ok fine. Lets look at speed then, 2.0 seconds is average for unarmed combat. with Kyrat Claws or whatever the time can be reduced to 1.0 (average) seconds. ok fine. now with close to 30 meters burst run from 60 meters out and kill them within 5 seconds.. nice, Lets recap on the other classes which have knockdown before we go any further. Pistoleer, Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, and TKA, but TKA dosen't only have one, they have 2... nice, very nice. They also have buffing, for themselves which added onto doctors buff and mind altering spice... you could almost consider them a jedi without the force and saber. back to 30 meters, I'd love to do that in real life, I mean come on give me a break, let me come over there and try to hit you at 30 meters. At least it would be good for a joke. Well thats what I think that is in game or in real life..
Ideas on TKA, If you give them the range, then raise the time they have to wait. or give them a range modifier that has a ideal range of 1-5 or max range a still far out 10 meters. Lower their KD and so far from what I've noticed as a unarmed 4 brawler, the specials take away from all areas, In actual martial arts, it takes stamina, and mental streangth to do. Make the game more realistic and leave health alone.
Creature Handler, with the new pet laws comming out. non-CH are going to be the one hurting. Let me ask you this. Have you ever tried to hold your own against a master CH with 3 greater sludge panters, or better yet two graul maulers? if they are so worried about more creatures or creature levels. thats what bio-engineers and tailors are for. again, give me a break. CH I guess will be another class to keep after everything else gets deleted. My opinions keep the pets alone and CH skills the same. as well as the pet contols.
Smuggler, nice nerf btw, having them fiegn death was a good way to survive, and now with the way it is set up soon as they get up they are attackable by PvE. bad enough that their health is down to nill. and 3/4 of the class is devoted to crafting. wheres the sence of smuggling anything? granted they have a few nice skills worth having. Still nerfed to china in my opinion.
Commando, flame attacks nice. ability to use various ammounts of weapons, another nice feature, wheres the repeating e-web blaster? Nothing much that I can say about this class unfortuanely.. although they tend to hog alot of xp. One thing that I can think of though, with being a commando and all, the top of the military's best, they should have a defence on KD, maybe not as great as some are out there, but better than the minor points they have at the moment.
Rifleman, a few good uses, conceal shot for PvE, sniper shot for PvP although their lack of armor due to mind drain is their biggest drawback, with tab tageting makes rifleman a easy target.give them a feature like mask scent that when they are in a PvP battle they have a % chance of staying off of radar. and srafe shot, haven't seen any rifleman use that skill, so I guess it must not really be worth it, any one dissagree with me I'll be happy to hear it. But I still think they should get a KD in place of strafe, I think getting hit with a large rifle would knock you down.
Pistoleer, a few changes made to them, can't really recall them but still they have a few good things, pretty decent when it comes to PvP and PvE. Still no match for the rest of the field save the rifleman, unless the rifleman gets first shot.
Squad Leader, intresting proffession that makes him dependant on others to kill for him.. kinda sounds like a crime boss to me, give em something to work with and not be so weak, not just for the group beifits, not to many people sacrfice for the group just to get squad leader, or the guilds/players that are really intent on PvP, other than that for squad leaders, and their temporary bonuses, which reminds me, give them a symbol for their benifits. But they are pretty useless and are the ones that need the nerfs to become more wanted. not the other proffessions that are fine the way they are now.
Armorsmiths, Weaponsmiths, Tailors, Chefs, Droid Engineers, even though they have alot, still need more items to keep in business.. why? what can you make someone that has everything already?
Other proffessions I really havent seen in action, most of thease ideas and complaints, are from actual experiance watching or fighting. if your wondering,

pretty much in my opinion, CH and TKA are fine the way they are. The rest are the ones needing improvment a little, or to be a little more realistic in a few ways. But thats my opinion and yes AT-STs should be repairable, and should be left alone, AT-STs were the only way a non-CH could go up against 2 graul maulers. but thats what I've seen in my time. Anyone else is free to flame and make commants, but I'm no rebel because I'm not like a majority of them, wanting to be the next han, luke, leia, or chewie. I'd rather be the other guys.
dragon, youre an idiot, im a master bounty hunter and rifleman strafe2 owns me every time in one blow, plus with their uber ranged defense all i see is miss miss miss miss miss over thier head. i have a pistol accuracy mod of 115, and still miss miss miss miss. come on man, if nothing was gonna change, and i was sure rifleman would never get nerfed, i would drop BH and go rifleman doc right now.
as for the at-sts: cant heal em, flamethrowers kill em in one hit, rebels love to kill our 9500 fp investment. As far as solo'ing high content, yes we can do that, but......theres usually a group of 10 overt rebels with commandos in the graveyard watering at the mouth at the first idiot imperial to tank his at-st against a krayt, its like shooting fish in a barrel for them. as far as solo farming holos? the force caves are right next to a rebel player city on my server, and same as hunting krayts goes for that.
rebels pick up far more holos than imperials, becuase they have that goofed up imperial NPC surface marshal and dark trooper spawn on naboo. hell i know rebs who are looting 2 holos an hour out there.
Now, you take away my at-st's, ok, youve taken away my ability to solo, and taken away 90% of the reason i play this game. So now are you gonna give me a new reason to play? are you gonna give me some ranged or knockdown defenses? are you gonna make fast blast and spray shot worth actually putting on my tool bar?
and are you gonna fix the silly player jedi missions? hell as soon as they show up in the terminal, i see that they logged, bye bye mission. if jedi missions actually worked, i would love to play the game just for that.
take away at-sts, screw the master bounty hunter (which is a very painful profession to master due to investigation) and make the jedi that are supposed to be erradicated unhuntable, and what youve got is my 15 bucks a month back in my pocket and my countless hours of wasted time actually doing something constructive

Come on, AT-ST still stomp all over non-commando rebels with that one hit incap and you are going to complain when a rebel commando does come along? The commando is meant to be a heavy equipment destroyer, so they should be able to destroy your heavy equipment otherwise we go back to when the AT-ST pretty much ended pvp since no rebels would bother to try fighting something they had absolutely no chance of destroying even when the rebels outmunbered the imps by 30 to 1 imp w/AT-ST.
Permadeath should actually be expanded to ALL pets. PvP and PvM. If a creature slays a player, why wouldnt that creature also slay a pet it incapped? Pretty frustrating when you are fighting someone and all they do is keep sending a pet graul to attack you while they run away.

AT-STs are war machines and should be off fighting the war. Sure this is an MMO and players get a lot of leeway to do what they want, but in the greater scheme of things, AT-ST’s should be chasing down rebels and not farming pelts.

It doesn't make a difference if you kill 1 rebel or 10001 rebel.
That is forgotten directly after the corps has disappeared.
You can raid Anchorhead 1000 times without that the rebels notice any difference when they come there after trying to do any thing against the mighty imperial forces.
Lets make things happen please!

I enjoy the ocassional PvP fight, infact in the last few I've been owned by a few very capable Imperial players specifically TKAs. /shutters
I agree, the vehicles should be repairable. Heck it would create a new money sink, have an addon to the Imperial Detachment HQ that would be a Vehicle Repair Depot, or make a stand alone base for that purpose. Let an Imp go to that base, drop off their AT-ST, depending on the dmg, depends on the time they can't use it. For a "reasonable" price the AT-ST is good as new. You could even make it interesting where the AT-ST looses a "small" persentage of its HAM when it repairs. The persentage based on the total damage it had when brought in. So if an Imp player doesn't properly service their AT-ST, it's not going to last as long... kind of like RL, if you don't change the oil in your car and get that service done your car is gonna stop running sooner.

This thread is getting a little long and i dought anyone important will even read this post of mine, but i will say it just the same. First thing is that the imperials a re suppose to be strong then the rebel AT-ST's included. If I am a high ranking imperial officer then I should have many troops at my command including AT-ST's. My main consern no PVE with AT-ST. I am an imperial officer and i do not own an ATST. but as one idea of being an imperial is that we are trying to wipe out the jedi order, there for i kill every force sensitive I come across NPC, rebel, imperial, of nutural. You trying to tell me that the empire would not send out a ATST to kill jedi's. **edit** right they would becouse they threaten taking control away from the empire. and finally ATST are not work machine look at the name All Terrian - Scout Transports. there transports thats it made take some fire power away from them but thats it man. Lastly where always talking about balance balance this and balance that but in start wars books and movies there is no balance. The Empire has more strength, more troops, more everything then the rebels. Thats why the the rebel are the underdogs, thats why they fight against great odds to win. I have seen many rebels raid theed alot and for the brave and courage people they are suppose to be they act a look like what an imperial should at like. and one faction pet makes no sense at all how many times in the movies do you see one commander and one stormtrooper walking around. Just my 2 cents like said noone important will be reading this anyways i guess.

Personally I would love to see AT-STs gone I mean they gave the emipre the good stuff and us rebesl got nadda. Well we got NPCS that die and a matter of seconds.
