Im sorry but I dont see this as a mini publish at all. In terms of previous mini publishes, this is nothing more than a hotfix for bugs a d problems. Can you not make up your mind with what text we are suppose to see also? I am on a 17 inch TFT screen and this text looks sickening. The whole guild have commented on it and we all agree its terrible.
Custimization times are good i guess, but the colours are still limiting and boring, maybe if we had the variety the same as hair styles, with some more prominent colours that stand out more, they still all have that "rusty crap dull" colour at the moment.
Why are typo fixes in a mini publish? I thought publishes were suppose to add something useful and good to the game?
Like I said, I am dissapointed with 10.2 Nothing in it that concernes me at all, except new ugly text which people have problems with.
Also limiting emails to 4000 characters? So now we will have to get weekly guild reports in like Part 1-2 and 3. I dont see the advantage to that, as everyone who needs more than 4000 characters will make 2 part emails, therefor incresing the traffic and space used for a new header for the 2nd part of the email.

You do know about vehicle garages, right?

hehe customization for vehicles? Whats the point? Most people go thru vehicles one or two a day. How about decreasing the decay rate so that people can enjoy some time for their customizations?
What are those vehicle garages you speak of? And will they help me unlock?

I got the final reward (Ring), however, I could not get the Intellect reward because I completed it before the revamp. I submitted a ticket to inquire and have yet to receive a response. That was 2 weeks ago. I just want the intelelct reward so i can disply the 4 marks as a set! Anything on this?

what I find entertaining is the loading screen that mentioned to save our emails but gave a command to save them that does not work...
I started using this comand after one week playing. I use it in a macro I run just before login off the game... and it WORKS PERFECTLY since... never had a problem, mail mailbox has at most 10 mail and I have litterally thousands stored on a CD !
Maybe you are doing something wrong ! never came to your mind ? ![]()

I had these macroed and hot keyed to move stuff around my hospital, all the move furniture commands are working fine with the exception of moving items up or down. Can we get this fixed?
You can allways use [/Move up xxx] and [/move down xxx]... works for me at least !

I run an In Game Email Magazine called the Phoenix Call ... Everyone whose started reading it loves it ... I have a lot of readers.
The new email limits are going to cut it in half! ...cheers for helping to ruin player made content!
I am a very UNHAPPY about this
Since I seem to have been super 1 starred on my page 1 post ... There was issue 66 included complete with colouring to show how the magazine gets cut in half.
If databases are the issue ... how about having emails stored locally but accessible in game? You click on the email you haven't read, it saves the file to your hard drive and read it in game. Surely this would have been a better solution. The new email size is too restrictive.

LOL... Is that some silly attempt to tell us that you are [in-game] RICH ?

Let me be one of the few to state a preference for the drop-shadow on all text. It adds some much needed contrast, at least on my monitor. (1280x1024 LCD.) Making it a configurable option would be the best compromise, however.
But more importantly, when will the new race tracks be making their way to Live?

I think that before SOE starts to ask for feedback on 10.2 they need to address questions brought up in the now archived Reckoning the Effort, etc. After 120 pages of posts and zero response, I have to say that I am disappointed. If this was the idea from the start (ie another grind for Jedi) then they should just come out and say it. I am not bringing up the "Jedi" issue as the sole example, but as an example of confrontation avoidance by SOE. SOE's Customer Service practices are sub-standard and they need a change. Viable communication is key..not what we are getting. It isthe total blow-off attitude that is really annoying to most people. Their whole responsehas been"reactive" and not "proactive". What I am seeing is completely from the customer point of view, and I have no idea as to the behind the scene workings of the office at SOE. But this is perception, and perception, I have found, is reality for people. If people percieve they are getting ignored, then they will believe they are getting ignored. They need to upfront and honest. Right now they are percieved to be apathetic and misleading. Not where you want to be. Just my simple 2 cents from 10 yrs experience in the retail industry.
I still enjoy the game, and I give the devs a thumbs up for their hard work. It is an immense job to program all the code, and keep the servers up.
