2. Several times
3. Several times, checked every time
4. Yes, client-side, but does not remove anything. Simply puts it in a different folder. And I have checked the folder for the newsletter, not htere.

1-Never
2-Yes, and ran a test email, no problems
3-Yes, no flags
4-Nope
- Last received Dec Insider, though I did get the Everquest 2 email.
- Yes
- Yes
- No
I switched it to a different email address. We'll see if that helps.
Thanks for trying to fix this although I would actually prefer teh archive as my main reason for having this sent was to get a look at teh wookiee armour

- When did you last receive the newsletter, if ever? Never Unfortunately
- Did you double-check your email spelling? Yes
- Did you double-check your station account? (There is a flag for stopping all mail from the Station which includes SWG) Just did and I don't see it set incorrectly.
- Does your email have a spam filter? Current email is Hotmail addy so it does have a filter (what is the sender address as I can add contacts etc for trusted mail which might help) I have used my work address in the past and that one should accept just about everything but has still never recieved the letter (unless there is a major email virus doing the round or your server hits Forbes list our work servers don't have much filtering if any).

* Have never recieved the newsletter
* Double checked my email address, no problems there
* I looked, but I'm having the same reaction as everyone else; I see options that request mail to be sent which I haven't checked, but I don't see any option that says don't send mail that I request. I'd be glad to check any of those boxes as long as all I'll be receiving is the newsletter
* It does, but it doesn't prevent delivery, just shunts possible spam to a folder which I scan over before deleting.
Could this be an issue of size? ManyISPs limit the size of messages that go through. How big is the newletter message?
I agree on archiving it, it'd be best since many people probably don't get the newsletter subscription and from what people have already posted, it sounds like alot of people aren't getting it. Maybe you guys should just put the newsletter up on the main SWG site or maybe have the newsletter be posted on the SWG boards. Eiither way, people will have a chance to read it for cool stuff

- I last received it before i switched my Email from a local provider to MSN, haven't received it since
- I'm nearly positive i did, but will do so again.
- Yes
- I don't know, could be something built into msn to keep it out
1) I got it once back in early April I believe...
2) My e-mail is correct
3) Boxes look fine.
4) My company is not doing any filtering, because we still haven't upgraded to an e-mail server that isn't 10 years old! ![]()
- Never got it.
- Triple, quadruple checked it...
- Triple checked the station account, no flag.
- No spam filter. My brother uses hotmail, I use hotmail. He gets the newsletter, I don't.
