- experimentation on lightsaber damage is by far weak. i spent all my experimentation points, only to go up in damage 4 points. WEAK
- experimentation on lightsaber force cost is the only way to go, as damage experimentation blows. it only goes down 3 points (max). just add the -9 crystals, and you have yourself a nice fc saber. (wish i had -9 pearls on live)
- is experimentation on the damage of the lightsaber supposed to be like this?
on TC2 i'm 0404 in sabers, so 7 experimentation points on a 3rd gen saber.
and i gotta tell you guys. i swung this 3.9 speed lightsaber slower than growing mollasses.
lootable items for lightsabers seem to really be what the devs want. they could at least meet us in the middle with this by making color crystals craftable and for giving jedi characters a 25% chance to loot a crystal.
as it stands now (on tc2), you have to kill hundreds upon hundreds of npcs to at least get one crystal. and chances are that one crystal will suck.
fun isn't camping a spot to find crystals (or waiting for your knight trials creature to spawn, if it ever does)
fun isn't spending 10 mins on a creature that you could normally kill in 10 seconds with current jedi.

You need to lower force costs on lightsabers, but damage and everything else seems fine with lightsabers
