Vertical Buff box can be 1 wide minimumby x tall:
Horizontal Buff box can be 3 minimum tall by x wide ('X' here represents blank space taken up by the buff box...annoying)

When you crash and relog the buffs are not shown in the window anymore.
We need some kind of color code to see how long the buffs still last.

When my game locked up on me and I had to relog, the buff icons were gone when I got back on. I still had my buffs and the new buff window was still there but it was empty.
Other new bugs added with this patch are:
Creatures now spawn as non agro and then switch to agro. Baby voritors were staying non agro even though the parents are agro.
Angerian Fishak now has a delay of 20-30 minutes to reuse after the effects have worn off.
Pet pathing is screwed up.....again. Half the time now they will stand inside you instead of behind you(very annoying with larger pets) If you take 1 or 2 steps to move away from them they just follow and stand inside you again.
Somehow a Piket Plains Walker managed to dizzy me 1 min after it died. There were no other live creatures within 128m.
When using the TKA /meditate your character sits down, stands up, then kneels. When you try to stand up your character will switch to sitting position and then stand up.
Rubber-Banding is now worse than ever. The last few days on Dantooine I would just about always teleport up to 80m ahead of my bike when I dismounted. Now I can teleport ahead or behind my bike. The game seems to know enough to leave my bike there but it can't figure out that I should be next to my bike.
buff bar is too limited - need to include more than buffs - make itmore likea 'positive state' bar so it can include Food benefits, berserk, etc...
1. Color Coding Icons would be Sweet. (Green through Red) based on time left
2. Offering a table view showing Icon and then column for time remaining would be great.
3. Powerboost Should show up.
4. Definite problems with window getting out of sync with cloning and losing connections.
5. No method to Debuff...at first I thought this is what they meant...then I thought maybe they meant when Night Sister debuffs your mind it would show up here...or spice downer times..but its not that either (so what did they mean?)
Some people expressed concerns that a new screen widget was added that shows status on things that have been broken all along...and that maybe focus on fixing known bugs before adding features that highlight same bugs might not be best use of developer time.
