I hate to complain, but this is a point of interest for only the elite few or strong groups. I hear the new pistol can be found here. The last place was the corvette. That was for the elite few or strong groups. I hear that the new vehicle can be found there. The place before that was the Genosian caves. That was for the elite few or strong groups. I hear that the Geo gun can be found there.


Hey, I'm a solo pistoleer. I stand no chance at these places. I stand no chance of using the new content. I can only fight at fort tuskin for so long without getting bored. Please, please give some content that doesnt require ubber defense stacking and such to play. Please, please add weapons and vehicles without placing them in the hands of those that will sell them for millions.


I feel like your forgetting a very large part of your player base here. I love that you continue to evolve the game into something great. I appreciate your hard work, but please think of the implications to the content your adding.













I must say I agree with this poster 100%. I'm not asking that everything be cake, but there seems to be no middle ground between really easy missions/quests and laughably, insanely hard ones! I'd like to see a cool quest or bunker (instanced, mind you) that could be considered a "doable" challenge by say...3-5 master elites.

I agree that it is possible to work your way into the bunker with a smaller group that knows what they are doing. But, I would ask about your 4 person group? Are they all Jedi? I am unaware of any configuration of standard FOTM classes that can survive to the 3rd door in a 4 person group other than Jedi.

If this is the case in your group then you invalidate your arguement since any content that specifically require the majority of your team to be Jedi is not properly balanced content. I have no problem with the difficulty of the DWB. I believe it should be harder than any other content given the possible payout for completing a crafting run, but in order for everyone to have an equal chance it must be constructed in such a way to precluded heavy dependence on any one class.

I do agree on that it would be nice with some medium content.


But:
Its perfectly possible to pass the second locked door in DWB with 4 people, and in that way get to the third door. Probably possible to grab the key there with 4 peoplee to, but could be a bit hard.
I would say this cave is easy if you do it properly. Teamplay anyone.


Think.
Organize.
Diciplin in the group.
Plan
Observe and adapt.

Basicly, see it as a challenge instead of a "oh heck, we died at first try, lets whine on the forums"
this is far more the the standard go "rambo-bashing".

No none are Jedi.


And actually we never did the 3:rd key with 4 people, thats why I said "Probably possible to grab the key there with 4 peoplee to".
We have been down to the Tailor room with 7, and yesterday we grabbed the third key on 6 people, one of us was only slightly over novice elite proffession.
Even if it wouldnt be possible to do it with 4 people, my main point is not that one should aim for the smallest possible group. I myself prefer to do it with a 10 group since the groupplay is what I think is fun.
The main point was that its in no way impossible, I think its a good level of difficulty, It takes a couple of tries to figure it out, and it requires good teamplay.

just plain need more loots, don't make it so crazy difficult, and make 5 new planets with 10 new dungeons on each.

My guild did with 13 elite guys. Tho the droid was bugged at the end and had nothing to show for it. Not to mention on the server gorath the materials u need to make the stuff, theres only 2 total that people have found

i got into the bunker all the time, only the first room. It is too hard. My worry is that SOE will not take this into consideration when they bring the combat revamp. I think the bunker shows for its self that its not too popular considering i've seen mandolian wine twice on my server and no mando armor.

Just as long as you have the right group you can go far, we had a group of 7 make it to the caves, and the super BD's were takin out 10 minutes per droid, team consisted of.


me master swordsman / master doc

2. master brawler / master swordsman / master pikeman, this guy was tank super BD's did no damage to him

3. combat medic

4. master pikeman / master rifleman

5. master swordsman / master rifleman

6. master doc / master tera kasi

7. master carbineer


now maybe if we could get the artisians to follow us down there maybe something could get made, but thats another day.

We got a Right Bracer done on Lowca after only 15 to 20 expeditions to loot.

As for the dev's idea that someone would be willing to trade even one piece to get the same color, I just have one thing to say: You are certifiably insane, and should immediately check into a nice rest home/institution.



My estimates on the COST of a full suit of Mandalorian, factoring in weapon & armor decay, buffs, travel, & food is 45 million credits. COST.



Oh, and P.S. I am an accountant. That estimate is solid.

If a group of 100+ people cannot get past more than 2 rooms all of whom were masters or almost masters in their field inlcuding bh's, docs, pistoleers, riflemen, commandos...the list goes on, somthing is wrong. I have yet to see a set of mandalorian armor ora jetpack and i have only seen a few COMPLETE sets of bounty hunter armor (on shadowfire mostly and about 1 on radiant). Also i thought i heard that there would be new weapons you could make in there but has anyone seen any? i know i have not seen any to this time. Also the lag problem, because you guys probably did not think this through all the way you did not make the bunker more stable like you must have done to corellia, where there are a ton of people all in one city, coronet. I also want to know why can't we kill the BD's and SBD's fast? they are like howstormtroopersshould be, all in numbers and training, not the amounts of hits they can take. right now you hae everything messed up for them, make them hit hard (but you did that, anywhere from 1-4 shots can kill a bh in less time then it takes to kneel), so why not take away a ton of their health and make it easyer to kill just one of them but have more of them. I know most of you are gamers but i do have to wonder if you guys actualy play games anymore or if you just quit when you got a job like this because the way the game has been going has ONLY been like this deathwatch bunker, fun on a few parts and other players but also frustating, time consuming( it now takes me about 45 minutes to be albe to go hunt because i need to stand in line toget buffs, then stand at a droid for 10 minustes so i can go to a place to hunt, and then i need to find somthing to hunt!!!). It also has a ton of bugs that you guys STILL have not taken care of (can you say combat revamp?). dont forget all the smaller bugs about jedi...but that is another letter EVEN LONGER THAN THIS ONE. so if you guys could DO SOMTHING about this bunker in the future before we all quit, and from where im standing (and half the people on this game) im starting to look for another game. but all in all i thought when you were making the bunker it was going to be great, but you have proven again that if something should be great, you guys would not go all the way into it from all my exerience with Sony (and now SOE) so please prove me and the rest of these gamers that you can get up from a fall like this. and if you have any ideas of how to get the deathwatch beeten how it is, please post it.

Give it up - The Death Watch bunker is just that, DEAD. Its a dead end dungeon and useless. There is absolutely nothing good about it. Only thing that was fun about it was the raw number of people that attended when it first came out. It was fun and it felt like the GCW was actually happening, people were gathering in one place in great numbers to battle.


It sucks in my opinion. Most players are in Micro guilds and have no chance at this place or the Corvette. They need to "Ease" up on the difficulty level on this place. It wont matter though because no one cares for it anymore and the Devs have too much other stuff to work on.


95% of the player base has a better time doing missions on Dantooine in a solo group making 1 million a day in credits. GO FIGURE. Its better then going to the so called "New" content area and loosing your armour and your life.


Worthless - Not Fun - Too high Strung - High End? ... more like impossible for 99% of the server population.

lower the diffcultiy setting to vette leavel then at least more players will come back to it...fix the bug for the jetpack so atleast we can able to craft the darn thing...also, give us a badge like the vette to add some content to it

Even though the difficulty is good the spawn time is the Killer. The SBD spawn too fast. If you read this entire thread you get 85% negative from it. I dont see why they just dont spice down the spawn time for the Super battle droids a bit. Anyways, it doesnt really matter at this point - thats prolly why they dont anyway. Its a bit late for it.
