Everytime I load up it still full scans. Should I be waiting for a fix?
In your StarWarsGalaxies directory, you will find a file that says, "TREFix.exe". Double click and run that file and then you should be ok after that...
I like the weapon delay

TH,
Hasn't the Jedi aspect of the "instant armor" been rendered moot? My understanding is that Jedi are now unable to wear armor or would their robes be considered armor. I realize that there may be other issues that you are looking at as well like swapping DOT weapons and stacking them. Could there be a more effective solution here such as applying a DOT timer instead of an equip timer?

ACTUALLY, the problem is not always solved using TREFix. Read this thread for more details:
launchpad always does full scan

No, Jedi can wear armor - - they just can't wear armor and use Force powers. And fwiw, its not *just* because of Jedi...there were other instances as well. That was just the best example.
TH, why even allow jedi to wear armor? Since they can't use force powers, it's pretty much useless. Why not just disallow jedi from wearing armor, and make the delay less harsh for normal players.
Also, I'd love to hear one or two examples *with details* where this weapon/armor delay is fixing a problem. All I've heard so far is "there are several instances" or "some players could do this". Since it's now fixed, why not divulge some details to give we players a better understanding of exactly why this changed? Without an exact and relevant explanation this just seems like some "man behind the curtain" hand waving that 99.9% of the playerbase sees as an unnecessary nerf (is that redundant?).

All changes aside (ie. the armor and weapon delay) the bigges tchange that hurts me the most is the Non-Tef'd Jedi. Now I can understand why they did it with the clone camping issues and people griefing them. Now for the Devs to totally remove it was unfair. The Jedi now have absolutle no reason to live in fear or hiding. This totally detracts away from what Yoda and Ben Kenobi were doing. So does this make Ben and Yoda cowards from hiding from Vader, well it must because I just saw 20 Jedi in Mos Eisley. I think the Devs should meet us half-way, remove Jedi Tef's while the Jedi are out in the wild, away from public eye, and allow Tef's while inside the confines of a city to keep these Jedi's from having the urge to proclaim themselves. There is supposed to be Galaatic Civil War going on...Vader has supposed to have vanquisehd the Jedi. This makes Vader look like a complete failure. " Hey Lord Vader, you missed about 75 Jedi in the coronet starport just now". I read a post ealier where a guy was hunting, and had Stormtroopers shooting with him, and he was a rebel. There's something wrong with that.
Thunderheart, Devs, Q-3PO, Sony Online Entertainment...I implore you, no..I beg of you....please, out of all the issues dealing with continuity of this game and with the Star Wars Universe, please, please, plese do not just throw this issue to the wind.
Thank you for reading,
I still hope,
