TH why are you avoiding the problems with the FRS. You have made it -IMPOSSIBLE- to kill a jedi with FR2. a jedi will never die unless he wants to with these new force run nerfs. Can't you run the numbers on people dropping like flies in the ranks? we're losing everything we've worked for. The LEAST you could do is stop the maintenance until you've come out with some sort of new viable system.

Please, please, please can you tell us when the devs are going to acknowledge bugs posted on the TC forum as it is gettibg a bit silly and seemingly pointless now to even have a TC forum and community if the bugs that get reported are ignored.

Jayces the problem is that the devs don't read the TC forum to look for bugs. Bugs should be reported in game or in one of the bug threads in the In Testing forum. With the huge number of people who only cared about the FS system during the Publish 10 testing it was impossible to be heard if your issue wasn't FS-related. I know when the In Testing threads aren't updated daily and they accumulate many pagesof comments I don't feel much like adding my two cents. However, the devs read those threads all the way through to sort out all the bugs.

While the drop shadow bugs were reported numerous times in the TC forum they were also submitted in game multiple times. They knew it was an issue... it just wasn't game breaking so they didn't act on it immediately.

Why?

Why isn't it fixed because it isn't a game breaking issue?

I know they are doing a great job but what I find very frustrating is that bugs that have been reported weeks ago are suddenly fixed in a matter of days once the publish hits live and the number of people complaining about it increases.

To me, from a customer service point of view it would make a lot more sense to try and fix every bug that is reported and then publish it and deal with any bugs that got through unnoticed afterwards.

This would make the whole process reveive more credidbility and reduce customer complaints.

At the moment the publish and Q&A system SOE have comes across as being controlled by the suits to a strict timeline rather then fixing everything and releasing it when it's ready.

This is just one example but every but every time so far there has been a publish a bug has 'slipped' through that was reported by loads of people.

It just seems at the moment that rather then fixing all bugs that get reported you pick the worst ones and send the rest to live to fix later.

I'll take back my statement if you can prove I am wrong but seeing as this has been posted (the dropped shadows) on the TC forums numerous times I don't see how you will manage that.

It's just so dperessing for the TC community to be asked to test things and report bugs if continually with every publish bugs go to live that they HAVE reported to you guys sometimes weeks in advance!

Let me explain this again.

We do acknowledge and address things that are reported for test center. Just because you see them re-appear on live only means its a new and/or different instance of the bug. Database differences create changes from server to server that can cause things to reappear - - and we address them as quickly as possible. As always, we apologize for the inconvenience and we'll work to repair them as quickly as possible.

Also, is it safe to say that sometimes the bugs get pushed to live if they are not mission critical bugs? Not a big deal to me...just curious.

Heres one, I started My Padawan Trials after the Second Visit by the old man, Killed Malichai and his Henchmen, Went to The jedi Shrine , Accepted the First Trial in the padawan Trials, Loving this so far, thinking finally the path to my Jedi is rocking, completed the First trila, thought hmmm maybe they do love us, then the second mission came up, Travel to Karen , Naboo and meet this person a Waypoint is added to your Datapad. Well get to Karen, Naboo go to the waypoint, and guess what, NO NPC, turned in a bug report, turned in a ticket, been standing there for 6 hours now. I have a Major BUG to report, TECH SUPPORT is sleeping, i hear outsourcing is good nowadays, helps the unemployeed. Guys im glad i finally got a chance to start My trials after all the complaining, but can't you get one thing right. Now im gonna have another day of GREAT GAMEPLAY wasted as usual. I hope that 0n payment day, i can hold my money, and you still be waiting for it a day later, lol

Thunderheart you promised us some hints on the oldman today...

You have asked alot of people how the exit quest is going... Well it is horrible!!!

I am unlocked pst 9 pre 10.. What I find the worst thing of all is the ordacity of having to wait for this oldman again!!! This has been a nightmare for the last 4 days.. I been waiting for this oldman the second time around for 24 hours already.. What are you devs thinking? Now I hear I won't even beable to craft a ligthsaber for days yet.. Also when I go to do the padawan trials I will not be an initiate because I can't create a lightsaber when doing it.. So this mean I will get no exp for doing it!!!

Please explain SOE's theory on this..

Haven't I suffered enough waiting time since I unlocked 2 days after publish 9 went live????
