what about allied players? Am I still force to play alone? My girlfriend and me cant play together cause we will be on the terms. Shes not a pvp player, what shall she do to escape? Allied Groupmembers should not give visibility in a MMorpg. If youre on the terms you cant play without buffs and if you arent a pvp player without a group.

Can we see something done about the following exploits while we are fixing Jedi.
1) Jedi that log on and off frequently to avoid BH droids. These Jedi are exploiting a weakness in the code and should be banned from the game like any other exploiter. The best thing to do is have the code changed so that the BH droid reports the last known position of the Jedi ( In other words where they went LD )
2) Slicing of lightsabers. This is an exploit and was not intended to be able to be done. Any sliced lightsaber should immediately be removed from the game. Any future use of this exploit should result in the banning of the offending Jedi's account.
Don't be such a noob. If SOE went around banning players for logging out, this would literally be a very empty game. I'm sure if such a thing existed, then there would be a fix / workaround for it, knowing that the devs actually go out of their way to please you crying school-girl Bounty Hunters.
Maybe even after the stupid BH tef and Vis issues are PROPERLY fixed and the griefing BH issue is solved, then you'd see your fix

Everyone keeps saying they were killed by a BH whent hey logged on yet they should have had 0 vis. didyou not think that maybe the BH had your mission before the patch?

I wonder if this patch really went through...
No patch notes were issues, I don't remember downloading anything. The loading screen talks about 10.3 being the latest patch...

Merely because the developers at SOE are inept and incompetant,that is no reason why we cannot control our acounts as far as logins are concerned.
Logging in on the same computer is NOT a violation of the EULA. SOE has NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER to dictate to me as a paying customer how or where I decided to login to my own account(s).

You should try bieng a ranger, we were promised new traps and stuff well over a year ago. A developer (Green Marine) even said that ranger is "an incomplete profession." How's that for past due and customer service

Devs if you cant fix the system and make it work correctly then remove it. Were all sick of this BS. Just remove the whole thing and have npc's come after us every once in a while.

Eh, to the guy with the first post. It does not set you to -1M. It only resets you to -1M if you are below -1M. Otherwise nothing happens.

If I remember correctly, the reason the weapon switch/armorswitchdelay went in is primarily because of Jedi. This kept a Jedi from changing from his robe to his armor. Other reasons was to prevent other players from using for example: 6 different DOT weapons in 6 seconds.
If any profession should have either the weapon switch delay removed or a lower delay effectively allowing them to switch weapons faster it is a BH, and to a lesser extent a Commando. BH is supposed to use multiple weapons to take out a target. Unlike Pistoleers and Rifleman and Carbineers who specialize in one, a BH must use different weapons to be as effective as possible.
so our options have become, put your lightsaber away so that a bh can have not only first strike but 5 seconds of 'free' hits as you equip your saber... or, leave your saber out for safety and allow even more bh to potentially get missions on you as your visibility rises. damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Jedi is a tough choice isn't it? I guess this is a little of what they meant by hard.

I want to see an answer on this issue from the devs! I do not want my Wookiee forced to be a jedi!
P.S. I found a petition on the jedi forum on this issue... but have the devs responded? Of course not!
