Yes. As other professions have requirements so do the Force Discipline skills. A player must purchase 6 full lines (24 skill boxes) of Force Sensitive skills to qualify to purchase Force Disciplines.
-------------------------------------------------
Can this be clarified? For current jedi (ie a 4332 initiate), I hope those 24 boxes are "free" and don't come from the current initiate tree boxes that the jedi has already been grinding through. TH can you confirm this? Thanks in advance

Inquiry about possibilities of finding out holo professions after publish 10.
The script that had that info will be on your character, but getting that info would not really be feasible. Its a chewing gum thing. If we did it for one person, then we'd have to do it for everyone and then the next thing you know, everyone would want to know...
(I want to know too =P)
Could you not just spawn four holos in everyones inventory the day after publish 10 goes live (or five if it's trivial to change them to not be silent and instead report all five professions)?

What was that? lets try that again...
Will I have to retain my Force Sensitive skills after I purchase Force Discipline skills? Yes. As other professions have requirements so do the Force Discipline skills. A player must purchase 6 full lines (24 skill boxes) of Force Sensitive skills to qualify to purchase Force Disciplines.

Will there be a way for those that didn't unlock our FS slots before the publish (or for those of us who didn't grind at all) to find out what our Holo professions were? I am very curious... My first one said Master Dancer, I would like to know what the others were.
Thanks!

Also if we can't do that with our main then how long (game time wise) would it take to create the second slot into a jedi?Another solution could be to make it where you choose to make your main a jedi and have a reg second char or a jedi second char and set your main back to zero on the jedi quest path.Any possibility of this in the future?ThanksSorry, but no. What you would have to do is open up your second slot, choose the race you want and go through the quests again...
TH,
I am really going to keep my comments as positive and constructive as I can here...but this seems like a very bad idea. There are a group of players out there who did get to choose their jedi's race, but the rest of the people are S.O.L. It seems to me, the more instances of disparity between groups of players that are created, the more animosity will result. Its one thing if one player works harder to gain something that others don't have, but to simply exclude a portion of the population is a completely different thing. We all bought this game knowing that we could choose the race of our jedi once we unlocked it...now we cannot. I kindly request that you reopen discussions on this with the developers.
TH:
Scenario: I have a low-level Jedi I have created and not grinded. I would rather use my main character asa FS-Enhanced Crafter and create the second account for whatever. However, my Low-Level Jedi has created Lightsabers I do not wish to lose and the items inherit to them.
Could I somehow trade those items to another Jedi so they could de-construct them Post-Publish and reacquire the items and then convert my main character (the crafter) into a FS-Enhanced Crafter and then re-create the normal character with the second slot.
Or will I be able to login with my Jedi, select his skill blocks, deconstruct the sabers, trade those items to my main and then delete the jedi and use the FS capabilities on the main character?
Call me odd - but the functionality of having +20 Experimentation and +20 Assembly seems to be well worth foregoing the Padawan trials for me at this time.
Thanks,

And I think there should be2 different threads for people who has a FSCS already and for the people who are grinding right now. Cause all these questions areindependent from each otherand they get mixed up in a single thread. (IMHO)
Finally, I have a question: Will I get a system message if I unlock my FSCS between Publish 9 and Publish 10?
Thanks for reading.
