I understand that other issues have delayed the storylines. The themed published are great, and adding a new dungeon between each publish is excellent news! I can understand there needing to be a few things taken care of first, but please do not give up on the story arcs. It is one of the many things that makes Star Wars Galaxies great!

Just a thought... but with COA coming to an end, and the Empire Striking Back... why not take this chance to start a segway into the ESB time period... it can be gradual and make the final change over at the space expansion. But I feel Darth Vader has been hanging out on Naboo for too long.

Maybe he can be moved to the Executor in orbit of Hoth when the Space Expansion comes out?

Well... just suggestions, but I'd like to start feeling the timeline really moving now.

Yea, well we really don't have to have years between ANH and ESB (is that the right acronym?) and with the space expansion, theres the possibility for the recreation of the Battle of Hoth...

Back to the COA, the rebel side of the last mission seems too hard to really do it without a serious number of support personnel to add onto what there is at the 'factory' and you'd have to be a commando or something to be able to deal with the many STs.....

Does the completed percentage take into accound idle accounts? I'm willing to bet there are way more idle rebs than there are imps.

Is it posible that on some servers the rebelswill win and on other servers the imperials will win? So that on some servers the perk remains and on others it does not - or is the the side with the most servers won that dictates the outcome and all of theservers will either have the perk or none of them will?

When we originally discussed this, there was concern about maintaining separate code on different galaxies. Generally it makes testing a lot harder. For the purpose of the Story Arc, we decided to treat it like a U.S. presidential election. Different States (galaxies) may have a different winner, but the all States are tallied up to see who the next president of the whole country will be.

Just curious - do the galaxies get electoral votes based on factioned population? Or does each galaxy just get one vote regardless?

By the way, yes, the Rebel missions are harder than the Imperial ones. The Rebels won Acts 1 and 2. We've created Act 3 to take that into account.

The way I understand it is that the side with the most people who complete it wins correct? So essentially the story arcs are rigged for the rebels to win every time since they outnumber imperials by far. This needs to be reevaluated Q, it's unfair to be won by sheer numbers.

Not to pick on you, Downbeah, but we have said repeatedly (including in this very thread), that it will be adjusted by the percentage of people in a faction doing it. Please help us squash that misconception.

Well i have to say

to SOE:

KEEP THE MONTHLY STORY ARC!!!!!

Thanks!

Having said that ive soloed the flora wearhouse and killed the jabba goons time and time and time again!

ive got tons of flora a few schematics and im hoarding it :-P If the Imperials win I have a small corner on a very limited market! if the rebels win we get fatty faction perk!

Why do i say fatty? Well its because accourding to your crafting bonuses, where you craft at (city bonuses),resource qualities, crafting station T.E. and what not best ive made so far in the dead eye stims is +52% accuracy, 14 minute duration, and 2 stims....... the amount of stims sucked with the great accuracy but im going for quality not quantity!!!

So if the rebels win this story arc then i get lots of house decorations(they look awesome in the house(acctually my house looks like an Aldaraan flora grow room)).

The Monthly story arc is the best thing SOe did from the start it would be a shame that they discontinue it after the 1st story arc is complete!

Acctually in case any SOe individual reads this post please relize your gonna make mad a wide range of rebels, imperials, and a huge spectrum of the professions!!!!! Why would we be so mad you ask? well because when you've done all the theme parks, and grinded 15 professions, huge amounts of faction points and money. The monthly story arc is soemthing to look forward too that is fresh and new (content, content, content).

And yes i consider the fact that i have all my story arc badges as a virtual badge of honor :-P

yes, this months story arc is pritty much in game rebel content, we wn the last 2 parts of the story and you "could" say this is our "winning" reward arc... But a new story arc is sopposed to start next month!

Its sopposed to be 3 acts Act 1 imps vs rebels(rebels won we got a faction point bonus for winning) Act 2 Rebels won (no reward), act 3 (if the imps win we dont get the dead eye asa faction perk (either way the faction point bonus for act 1 should go after this month we rebels have had it about 5 months now), (if rebels win we get deadeye as a schematic craftable :-P)

Either way come March 1st we "should" have a new story arc!!!!!!!!!!

Personally, I'm hoping you guys do MORE of these story arcs. I loved the first one, the second one was OK... but so far (and I havent finished it yet) Act 3 is by far th best one. Was awsome to con my way into Jabbas men, then solo blast into the facility and take the flowers. That was tough for me to solo, and the challange was one of the more thrlling things I've done. I also took part in a defense mission (i'm assuming at the end?) with a friend as waves of ST's came at us. It's been a plesent change from the usual hunting missions (which have grown boring).

MORE.... MORE!!!

/agree I've made several of these prototypes and don't really notice too much of an advantage while using them. I get more value out of collecting the flora for decoration. Certainly not worth the cost of travel. My stims are experimented to 39%, 11 minutes. Anyone else have any luck with this?
