Because I left my comp on a lot while going away to do other stuff, I've been waiting in the wilderness near 16 hours all together.

There's not even a message in my log saying he came. Nothing. He hasn't come. This has been the biggest waste of time ever. WHEN WILL THAT OLD FART VISIT ME!?

The old geezer finally visited me today

I was South of the mining outpost on dantooine killing jantas and was about halfway through the lair and he just out of the blue showed up.

I've mastered 16 profs (all holo profs), done every POI, every themepark, 2 corvette, 2 warren, the entire hero quest and was glowy when I checked on Tuesday. I guess I was lucky and had 7 of the 8 profs that I needed mastered because I never got an unlock message pre-10.

Ok, heres, all I want to know I don't care about how long it takes or when my group number is up all I want to know is how do I become Glowy?

Heres what i've seen to collect:

1-Get all your POI's

2-Do you faction theme park missions

Now i've done about half and half here and there playing bit by bit while enjoying my profession of SL, Swordsman, I chose not to waste my time spent in grinding each and every profession because I enjoy my two main professions I've been master SL about 7months now and i'm sticking to it, So am I heading in the right path by the two ways mentioned above or are there other paths? And when can I expect to get my visit from this old man I hear sooo much about? I know not within the next three days because i'm not glowing and bending spoons yet, but once that does happen will I fall into a group? Could anyone give me some clear feed back On what i'm doing and what is going on? I seem not to know this, I would appreciate a straight and clear answer and I will not rampt on anymore. Thanks

Okay I am not one to flame. I understood when the Devs said they were gating the old man and trying to keep the traffic down. But when people are getting the old man, and yes there are some, that are only like 4 weeks into the game and has 2 or 3 profs and some badges go glowy and get the visit before people who have been playing for the year, popped 5 days after patch 9, and have been waiting patiently. This is retarded. Everything Thunderheart has said just went out the window. Said person on Lowcaa should have been after all the holo grinders. Instead the first day the old man visits he gets a visit and i am still sitting here waiting. COme on Devs get it together!

News flash.. Myth or fact I dont know, but 2 of my online friends were in the same boat as me yesterday. Same number of holos and badges and today, they were on Naboo, and were out shopping in a merch tent. One got bored waiting and attacked a spine flap and when he got it all but dead it turned and ran. He didnt chase it, and peaced it and then boom, OLD MAN! His buddy also did the same thing, and boom, OLD MAN! I am leaving work in a hour and will try this and get back to you all. They were outside of Theed.

This game sucks

Ok, I have forgotten and can't find the post with it on it. What are the steps of sensitivity again??

i am very unhappy with the new patch i spend a lot of time to try to have my jedi i have master some profession and i don t have unlock i was very happy when i see the new patch but when i see the old man is control and i will see him in 2 ou 3 month i say stop ou re patch is very very bad i very very sad i stop toi play tomorow THX dev to kill the game and the gamers !!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the old man found me in the middle of a player city. Properly gave me a force crystal for the quest logs and then departed with haste. I have yet to meet the Siths however, just continuing to play normally. A couple things of note that may dispell some presumptions:

1. I have mastered 22 professions and 4 of those were my holo-profs. I was therefore "silent".

2. I was glowing when I logged on early Aug 31. I have ALL the theme parks, all the POI's, the warren, two race tracks, the hero quests, one vette, the librarian. Basically all of them except for professions the 8 other vettes, 3 RT's now, and the Imp Theme.

3.I was visited after playing online for 8 hours. I was afk for much of this as I have a familyn such;and then started planet hopping doing my harvester checks. I had just gotten off a shuttle in the middle of a player city on Naboo when poof he appeared. Came right up next to me and started asking a series of questions, which are obvious how to answer. He gave me the crystal and left.

4. The crystal doesn't say much and I suppose it won't until I am working on the phases or saving the village etc. I am currently still waiting for the rumored sith to appear. I say rumored based upon TC/TC2 posts. I have left the planet he spawned on after wandering around a bit. Still no Sith yet.

Is Mos Eisley completely gone? No where on my planet map and several other have confirmed this...
