It's not even that hard lol.
We had a full group tonight and we made it to the mines but we lost focus there and died because of the gas :/.

anyways, yes, i went to the DWB..... got to the second room i guess?
getting one-shot killed and DB'd with full buffs/composite in the blink of an eye is not my idea of a good time ![]()
when i get some more combat skills i'll give it another try i guess

This place definately isn't 'impossible'... some of our team was comprised of unarmoured wookiees. Pony up, Live-ers, after all, we're just carebear TC players with low-quality equipment, remember?

first wow one helmet.
second I went in a team and we only had one sbd spawn that we had to fight. (btw we were all masters of something) and that small team got far, I can see if they had that type of whack spawn. Or maybe 4 tkm's Swordsmen commandos cm's doctors etc (but he said "small").
But normally there are a spawn of at least 3 sbd's in the bunker when goin down, before the big black sun spawning room.
The place is definitely not impossible, but it is very big, and very hard, and with large groups very laggy. I think the spawn rate should be a tad lower for only the battle droids and sbd's. And then harder as you go down.
I finally went. It was worse than I had feared. Not only that, but there were only ten people there. Nobody else was there, nobody cares about it. Unlike the vette when it first hit (pre-nerf) and the geno cave, this place was a veritable ghost town. That alone should tell you what a waste of development money we have with this bunker.
Also, someone at SOE mistakes difficulty for content.
And let me ask this question, why do you care if there are a butt-load of mando suits out there (jedi were supposed to be rare too)? Its not better than composite and only master BH (nerfed and wuss), Master commando (nerfed and a wuss), Master Ranger (you see a trend) and Master Squad Leader (not sure WHY these guys would get the mando armor, but I digress) can wear it. If you look at your own stats, you know that those are some of the least populated professions. People might master one of these professions,but then they drop it. So the point remains, why do you care?
Lastly, its really a shame that so much time was spent on making that bunker and the combat rebalance was pushed out.
Some comments from our Teamspeak from various PA members in the Bunker:
a) a Master Smuggler Master Pistoleer is useless in there .. go home
(comic relief: one KD of a SBD) ... (I do not have to mention that all used equipment was top notch) .... so .. a double master of elite and hybrid professions is useless in there
b) when they heard about the multiple vulnerabilities of the crafted Mandalorian Helmet ? I quote "What joke is that ?!" ... even when they nerfed composite armor to 50 % or less... people would rather use a composite helmet with 50 % overall and no vulnerabilities than such a useless piece of trash. The group has recommended to run the Mandalorian armor mod to get the cool look and keep the composite armor for some REAL protection.

OK .. got a comment that droids are used TOEXCESS by SOE as a panic measure because any non mechanical non AP3 mobs would be easily wiped out by an unbalanced PvP population of combat medic / riflemen ... which means the bunker would suddenly be easy again .... good point
And bodes ill for any changes in DWB.

do somthing for the casual player or you will start to lose peeps like eq did ( why do you think they keep reactivation my account for a month even tho i told them i never was going to play eq again)

I posted in another thread that SWG was becoming EverQuest. I have realised I am wrong in that assessment. I forgot that the DWB drops items usable by a limited few. The major raid areas in EQ at least dropped things for everyone. Just when I thought my opinion couldn't drop any lower, it did.
I still hate item content anyway. SWG is turning into a farm for raising loot-mongers.

Hey, I'm a solo pistoleer. I stand no chance at these places. I stand no chance of using the new content. I can only fight at fort tuskin for so long without getting bored. Please, please give some content that doesnt require ubber defense stacking and such to play. Please, please add weapons and vehicles without placing them in the hands of those that will sell them for millions.
I feel like your forgetting a very large part of your player base here. I love that you continue to evolve the game into something great. I appreciate your hard work, but please think of the implications to the content your adding.

i feel the same way...... i'm going to in the near future go all combat but keep master pistoleer
if everything is AP2 or AP3 and no vulnerabilites, how can we possibly hope to help at ALL?
since many of them are droids, our bleeds won't help...... all us pistoleers will do is help soak up damage ![]()
fencers and TKA's i fear are in the same predicament, only TKA's get unarmed damage mods and they both have FAR more ranged/melee defense than pistoleers..... the only thing we get and they don't is ranged mitigation
i have yet to go to the corvette, i still haven't completed the geo caves.......
i'm not asking to solo the whole things, just want to be able to actually help in some useful way
