2) As stated, everything seems to be firing/attacking at 1.0 speed no matter what your skill or weapon.
3) Melee toughness appears to be much stronger than it used to be. I'm not 100% sure on this, but it would appear this way based on the amount of damage my TKM is absorbing right now without armor.
4) droids who previously had no resistances or vulnerabilities listed(an older mouse droid with no resists at all), now have only Lightsaber damage listed as a vulnerability.
The patch notes refer to a new "Incapacitation Recovery" feature for pets. I am unable to access this. My character on TC is a Master Creature Handler, but I get no apparent optionto usethis ability. There's nothing new in the Master box of the skill tree (CTRL+S), I have no new commands in the Action browser (CTRL+A), there are no new training options on the "Train" menu for my pets, and (as far as I can tell) there are no new pertinent commandline functions (viewable by typing // in spatial).
When my pet was incapped by a Bull Rancor, it was immediately DBed (suffering 2 vitality loss). I had no new radial menu options... just "Examine" and "Store." I was standing within 3 meters of my pet, and had clear LOS.
So whatever this item in the patch notes is, it's either not enabled or I'm unable to figure out how to access it.
Image Design tents are not functioning at all. The two functions of the terminal inside the tent are broken:
1) Cannot Stat Migrate inside or outside tent
2) Being in tent does not half the wait timer. Timer is identical inside and outside tent.
So yeah... sorry for complaining, but all the bugs I did find I /bugged already and have been reported by others and my 3 chars are all dead in the water until the vendors get back up except for one who can grind some spices if I feel up to it.
Not 100% sure this is a bug or not:
"Vehicle/creature mount/dismount being changed to a toggle" was in the patch notes. Indeed, the radial menu item is now a single "enter/exit vehicle" (all I've got is a bike, no dewback or anything) command instead of individual "enter" and "exit" depending on the situation.
But shouldn't there be a command line toggle as well, for hotbar purposes? I tried /mount, /dismount, and some stuff I invented on my own, but nothing functioned as a straight on/off toggle when the vehicle is targeted.
Am I missing something? I don't even know how to /bug this, since I'm not sure it's a bug.....

This one has not been happening to me, I've been grinding off and on since last night with 3 tools and not having this problem.
