There seems to be a 10 minute or so "inactivity timeout" and preparing a post is not considered "activity" by this time.
I understand the need for inactivity timeouts, but it needs to be substantially longer, like 1 hour, minimum.I work with systems for a major telco (a baby bell successor company) and they allow at least that much timeout time on their web-based information and ordering systems.
Im pretty sure we extended the lithium time-outs to an hour late last week. I'll check again with the team to make sure that is on track.

I am going to make this short and to the point.
What is the "fuller solution" and when can we expect its implementation?
What "other things" are being done to help us out with housing storage?
Can you make some kind of statement to the community about what is being done?
Maybe you should get in contact with Raph Koster and see what he has to say about his statements.

from way back I remember that we talked about "offline" web listing functions, even touching XML for integrating such infos at PA pages and alike.
You know, things like listing PA members at the official web page, or Player Town and members, Rebel Imp percentage per server and and and.
Don't know though if at any point some "red" statement was made regarding that one.
However, what ever happened to that in general ?
Seems like no such info is ever going to be provided ever, beside the statistical data that sometimes gets presented (don't know if it is still - do remember that at some point something was, like what get's killed most and stuff, right ?).
Why is SWG not providing this one and missing that chance, what I believe is a great community tool ? To my opinion, too much emphasis is being put on too detailed things like the Jedi and compat remake, while there are a lot of general important things that should be pushed further in my opinion with high priority, like for example that or the music or getting rid of empty vendors on the map, being able to list guild members who are online ingame, offline chat tool and so on and so on :-)
Looking positively into the future - so much more things to be done - so much room left for improvements :-)
By the way. Regarding the player corespondents. Anyone know if there are only the ones covering the professions, or if also a "general" one is being around ? Think that is very important, as of the mentioned points. Let's not forget the "general crowd" and topics too much :-)

Something really has to be done about creatures, I am not speaking as a MCH here wanting uber pets. I am speaking as someone who is bored with PvE.

I will remind everyone that in ROTJ the rancor Luke killed was a YOUNG rancor. not fully grown, and certantly not a ancient bull rancor.

Yep it was only a juvinal and I didn't use any structure exploits just stragety.

these are supposed to be pack hunters and fierce and deadly not killable in like 5 shots.

Essentially TH after playing since June, I am getting really bored with this game. I understand things take time, but when you scrap a plan after already implimenting part of it you need to unimpliment what was. Give me something to be excited over today not 6 months from now

Im glad that the Dev added more abilities to droids it adds to the Star Wars feel. Cause SW did emphasize droid usage. Just hope the prices wont Sky rocket.
And I would like to add that it hasn't been changed to an hour cause i was on for about 20 min and I had to relog. Also for the forums is it possible to add editing cause late at night you might type some thing totally screwed.
I have an idea that I would like looked at. is it possible to add a CSR in SWG. Not many people use the chat channels. Maybe to increase customer service adding a live bug or whatever chat (with a direct rep)would help.
(Not saying SWG should do this but in other MMorp's it counted down how many people are a head of u and when its was your turn an actaul rep appeared in the game next to you, I think they used some customers in this service I dont remember)( also a newbie Spatial type channel that any other players can help newbies cause a newbie wouldn't be able to add a chat channel in his or her first few weeks they are still getting to know the game)
If there is one already please make it known or more easy to use.
This is a beyond annoying bug. It makes game play dangerous if it happens while fighting or just before getting attacked. Would be a most welcome fix to this bug.

I would really hope you look at these issue and recommendation. Specially the one about the Rebel Bases for NPC and Players.
