Put them on /find its a tool that is very useful and I was upset to see the DEV did not place Garages in this or any other list location map etc...were we to stumble upon them?

I know there is one in Mos Espa and I just keep going there to repair my Bike.

I think with the addition of player garages, the need will be less in the major cities. However, at this time the need for garages on planets that do not have them at all, is a high priority! The main reason is costs. Players, especially newbies, work hard for the money and the costs of fixing vehicles, along with travel fees can break them rather quickly.

It would be nice to have a garage on Lok. For those of us that live on Lok, it's really annoying (and expensive)to be forced to go off-planet to repair a vehicle.

Please add one at Nym's Stronghold, perhaps near the cloning facility?

My player character lives South of Keren, Naboo. In Keren, there are two garages I believe, but both are close to the relatively unused (and farthest from my house) northern shuttleport. I mostly use the shuttleport right next to the starport as it is closer to my home, is near a starport should I need that, is near bank/bazaar terminals (right behind the starport), and is away from the maze of clutter inside Keren proper. There is no garage, however, near the south shuttleport or starport!

For the most part I've found that garages are only needed occasionally, so it is just a bit out of my way to find one, but my problem is I usually put it off and forget because it's out of the way of my normal travel routes.

I think a garage should be near all starports on starter planets, or at least nearby. They should be easy to /find. Maybe a "Find nearest garage" option on the vehicle's radial menu would be useful too.

I'd say there should be 1 per outpost world (at least but more isn't really required) after all why should someone be forced to use the exploit or travel coreward just to be able to do more missions. Dantooine should be either the imperial or pirate outpost (imps would have repair places for their stuff and pirates...well they have all that stuff anyway) Lok would of course be by Nym's, I don't really go to the other ones that often so just flip a coin

Really as soon as player city garages are allowed all the buildable worlds will have plenty.

Thanks for the update on player garages!

As for NPC garages, I think they should be in every major NPC city on the five starting worlds. There's just no reason not to have them there, IMO. As for the adventure worlds, It may be cool to have small vehicle garages, but perhaps only in one outpost, or even away from the outposts, where they can't be accessed by shuttle. It would be cool to create something like a gas station with a small garage in the middle of nowhere, with a friendly old NPC running the place who gives directions like "well, first you head down the old highway, then take a left at the old force mystic's house. You take that dirt road for about 3000m, then take a right at the abandoned rebel base. Watch out for the huurtons along the way..."

1) add them to /find

2) put them on the planetary map

3) put them in every city on starting planets

4) put them in every city (not outpost) that has a starport on other planets

Do garages need to be structures??? Why can't you create an NPC who's title is "speeder mechanic" and place one at the appropriate locations?? They could opperate the same way as the current garages do and would be a lot easier to place.

The same thing could be added to the PC citys, maybe add it to the list of NPC trainers the mayor can drop.

Would that allow you to speed up the timetable on adding them?

Endor, Yavin, and Dathomir outposts. They are no build planets, and can never hope to have a player garage.

Dantooine and Lok could benefit from them too.

There needs to at least be one garage per planet. I'd say at the largest city. That I'm aware of there isn't a garage on Dantooine at all currently. It needs at least one.

If at least one city/outpost on every planet had a garage I'd be happy.

I dont care if you put more garages in just make sure they show up on the overhead map and the planetary map so we can find them easier.
