Hmm Jabba's theme park *does* require combat. I can't speak to the imp badges, never having had a desire to play an imperial. However the rebel theme park can be completed with no combat whatsoever.. those destroy missions, if you're a covert member you can walk up to the target and converse with them, which arrests the target instead of killing it. and any bodyguards de-spawn afterwards. Nym park... yeah that one has a little but of combat but worse case scenario a crafter can take a combat-oriented buddy along to play bodyguard (I have done this for crafters in my PA gladly.. I don't mind it and it gives us both an excuse to RP a little too.. cautious explorer takes burly bodyguard with him/her for protection.. alleviates the boredom) The warren? I completed both badges myself without doing any combat until I killed colonel teraud just for kicks, dunno if you have to kill him, but he's an imperial so I slayed him anyway, at which point some friends were able to come in and download all the evidence for the second warren badge.. again no combat required. Bottom line: It can be done, even if you're a master DE and nothing else. If you need to, hire a bodyguard or three. It won't hurt anyone to do a little RPing now and again.. or skip the rp and hire them anyway *lol*

Yesterday i was visited by the old man , this Morning I killed the sith thugs and gain a locationof a camp I am currently at the camp waypoint , but there is no camp . Can you please tell is this a bug or is ment to be liek this.

I'm currently having a problem, the old man visitied me, then this morning i got jumped by a couple sith, i got the wp, went to the camp with a friend of mine in group, unfortunetly he looted the bodies so all i got was 2 rudiment ores, and a rebel transmission 3/3.
now my quest journal is stuck at, "find the sith camp"
guess having someone with you is a bad idea

Yeah I went to the waypoint and there is nothign there just the glowy waypoint , also in my quest log i click the little thign which say turn off completed quest and aparently i have done the camp even though i have not been to it , what can I do . I talked CSR and he said send a bug report .

After an Emergency 2am EST shutdown that lasted two hours, most to all bugs i was facing were gone. Its a shame that idiots server wide where exploiting there pets and vech's and causeing serious server wide lag, and for all server to be seriously bugged like never before. Look at Bria it totally crashed and was brought down at 12 midnight EST and CSR's didnt think it was gonna be brought up till normal restart time. What do we say to that. how about this.... Thank you peons for being totally dense and ignorant.
Now that i got taht outta the way. After the restart at 4am EST, i was able to finally loot at the sith camp, which ended up in the middle of a player city on naboo, and with a crowd of applauds and numerous questions made it to the Village of Aurilia. Found out that i got 2 free unlocks, which mean i must have hit at least 2 of my holos(which i never opened i did what proffs i wanted and when i wanted to do them) so i unlocked in the combat prowess line rifle accuracy and speed which added onto my already capped rifle speed and acc another 12 points. next in line is melee speed and accuracy.As for everyone haveing problems getting the old man to find them, there is no trick to make it happen faster. It happens outta the blue. So the rumor of traveling repeatedly is false. That was one of the things the CSR's fixed at the emergency shutdown. The old man found me early weds monring like 3am EST. Later that say around 5pm EST i was ambushed byt 3 Sith Shadows at the lake retreat on naboo. Andthe data discwaypoint was only 900m from there. Afterit fainly was unbugged i wentto dath to begin my journey. So if you think traveling is gonna speed things up im sorry but your wrong its just a wasteof time and credits.My advice is to keep busy and he'll find you when the tiem is right. and then everything else jsut falls into place.It appears the CSR's and DEVS pulled threw on this one at 2am EST, so for once we can all be thankfull they didnt sit around drinking coffee asking each other how can we totaly piss off people today. So thanks guys for hte quick thinking.

Well heres one for you all that have unlocked. I got the old man yesterday, got the sith when i logged inthis morning, went to the Village, trained my 6 slots, and stuck my thumb up my*** waiting on my jedi to appear, seems there is a Exit quests, but none of the NPC's give it to ya, i have to wait for the old man again is the RUMOR because nobody has released any information on the changes in the game. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS GAME I MASTERED 32 PROFESSIONS, I HAVE PAID OVER 150$ I HAVE HAD COUNTLESS HOURS ON END GRINDING, FOR WHAT ANOTHER DEED, ANOTHER QUESTS, ANOTHER 14.95, I DONT THINK SO FOLKS, ALL I WORKED FOR SINCE I STARTED THIS GAME IS BEING HELD RIGHT OUTSIDE MY GRASP ONCE AGAIN LIKE ITS BEEN DONE TIME AND TIME AGAIN, 1 SILENT, 5 SILENT, OH NO 8 SILENT , BUT WE DIDNT TELL ANYONE, OOOPS, WERE GONNA HIDE BEHIND OUR EULA. LET ME TELL YOU DEVS SOMETHING, THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS REINSTATE THE HOLO GRIND , TELL PEOPLE HOW MANY PROFESSIONS THEY NEED , OR SILENTS, AND LET THE CUSTOMERS HAVE WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR . Check Test Center boards, there is a exit quest. I think its in one of the sticky posts. There is an npc who gives it to u. You have to fight a real tough mob who heals himself every few seconds. he has a Lightsaber also and 80% resits.

After failure visit with Old Man, i just received other visit with sith assasins and i have looted disk but when i pick in radial menu Use says:
"You must first loot that object before extracting any information out of it"

Now. Do I agree with how things are being done? No. There are endless problems in the game, especially at the times of publish releases. I, personally, believe they should stop releasing new content for a month or three, and get what they can fixed of what's out there. Do I blame the Dev's? No. Managment tells them what to do, ultimately.
For you computer-idiots out there (most of you, apparently) - whenever you change lines of code in anything, computer games included, there are going to be errors. Personally, you brainless fools that are on here so constantly complaining? I'd love to see you do a better job than the people currently working on this project.
To the Dev's/CSR's/whoever else is listening, offically and unofficially.
Things are screwing up. Understandably, people are upset, we do pay for this game afterall. I, personally, would like to request three things.
- More effort put into fixing the major issue bugs already in the system. (IE - Client Crashes)
- More effort put into preventing bugs at Pub release time. They're bound to be some, but all efforts to avoid them are appreciated.
-Another official forum strictly devoted to the posting of player suggestions, be it about general game play, content, or whatever else.
To those with enough brain to listen - thanks.
To those without? Eh.. flame me, complain at me.. I really dont care.
- "There is this thing called managment" - They should be reading these forums as well or at least a report indicating customer satisfaction generated from the posts placed in this forum. Thus, a simple "I'm not happy with the game" is constructiveand a rant is an indication of the level of disappointment.If management does not get word that the customer base is largely displeased then there is a failing in the company.

A rant about the disappointment in this publish falls within the topic of an open discussion. So my advice to anyone else that wants to post a rant and vent off some steam is to go ahead and do so. You will be indicating to management your dispointment.

Programmers are.Management may ask for a feature to be added but programmers are responsible for the planing of the code, the logic behind it and the punch list to get the job done. Management will ask to get things done by a certain date and often not give the programmers enough time. At that point the lead programmer has to decide what can and cannot be done andhas tostand their ground and give themselves a little space to work with because management will continually add "just one more tiny little thing" or "It is absolutely imperative that this is taken care of".

Or I can put you in contact with a friend of mine. His company charges $400.00 per hour for his services ( 'course he went through the trouble of getting his PhD. in electronic engineering ).
