Super Droids ARE WAY TOO TOUGH i mean In episode II (insert dev expletive about continuity)tons are cut down with blasters and Sabers yet it takes a goru of 20 5 -10 mintutes to clear a room of em? and the respawn rate is atrocious!! I understand you dont want it capmed (single instance HELLO???) but to do it you would need a grou p 20 peeps and about 3 hours to spare!! here is why some people when they go there realize they cant do it alone so they ask to be in group us say sorry we are full what do they do they go up two rooms agro everything and drag into your already overcrowded AREA!! I know you cannot control player beahvior well neithercan the players!! and once agin beacause its not single instanced My jedi which i brought there is unable to have fun ( that is why i pay 14bucks a month right to have my "own" fun) beacause of all the spoilers tryin to kill me lol. Dont even go well yer jedi blah blah u desrve to be killed Im a GAMER i deserve to have fun there is no place (except corvette for an hour) i can go with a group of friends and have fun JEDI or no in all of the dungeons so far players spend more time tryin to fix things outside players screw up!! IT IS up to you devs to control this you are THE DM's!!! Instance after a certain part super droids ARE WAY TO SUPER and keep the loot rate the way it is I have no problem coming back 3-4 times a week to get all the componets that is QUEST like not talk to said npc get in find pandamonium get stuck in a never ending spawn room with people runnin around draggin stuff everywhere!! /end rant LOL all in all i think it is great least it wont be camped lol this place is for large groups and large groups only!!

No Dev response yet huh? Figured as much...maybe we got lucky and they all got firedfor beingincompetant fools who know absolutely nothing about game design and making customers happy. Or maybe even better they all choked on their lunches Maybe now the game will rise from the path its unfortunatley been taking for quite a while now.

I dont post here but I must say with this last dungeon im dissapointed. I'm glad they are putting in new content, but as others have noted these last two "heavy content" dungeons (corvette and DWB) Both are combat grinding with few personal rewards. When you have 15 individuals pounding away at a SBD for 5 to 10 min and spawn after spawn of this it gets BORING real fast. I made it down 3 or 4 levels before I died. When I arrived at the cloning facility I thought about rebuffing and going back then I said to myself (WHY?) loot was not there, Credits where extremly low for a mob with a 1/4 million hit points, and frankly it got boring after about 20 min. So I logged. I'm trying to keep optimistic about the jedi revamp and JTL but being a jedi with nothing to do but run missions will not work for most players and flying a ship around in combat will get boring after a bit too. I keep making excuses why I hold onto several accounts hoping that someday dungeons will be designed for different player styles not just running in and having to try and clear a room in 5 min before the next spawn when it take 10 minutes to do it. these are reasons why the population keeps diving. People want to log in and have a good time not feel likethey are going to work for 8 hours to accomplish a feat in a game. I'm not saying they should all be a piece of cake but make them more intresting with more story lines instead of taking the easy road out and programming all combat. I've had 5 coworkers that i got to play this game and all are burnt out from the constant grind and dont even want to here SWG brought up. I'm starting to see why they quit..........in order for this to work you need to make these uber loot items restricted to race, prof, etc...and make different quests w/ loot items for a specific prof. If you dont all your going to hear it complaints.

Keep it like it is. This is the first dungeon that has given everyone a challenge. Not everything in this game was meant to be done solo or with just 1 grp. Just like not everything should require grps to be done. I think that the devs have done an AWESOME job with this!

as a master swordsman and tka, with some pike, i feel this place is really worthless. i guess the content is there but really, i just read on my server forums some of the schematics for the exec. hack dropped at the geo cave. and an art crate as a pull from the chests? come on. overall i am disappointed, not worth the decay on my armor and weapons. oh well... also whomever made the point about the R.I.S armor above, good point. i feel after time people will just give up and be happy with one or two parts out of the 9 possible for the new armor.

Exactly. I'm a Master Fencer/Master Rangerand while I can tank pretty well for the others, I cannot do enough damage to earn looting rights and I can't beat the people that have loot macros set up. Basically I have to rely on the generosity of others to be able to get this suit of armor. That, or just pay millions of credits that I can't afford just to get it. Let me just say that I cannot wait for the.......

Hmm, nothing on the Dev Tracker yet today and it's almost 11am PST. Why do I get the feeling there's a meeting going on about the DWB?


Just in case I'm wrong: there needs to be one about the DWB, and about the direction these "content additions" have been taking.


You guys need to bet more creative about using your resources. If you don't have time to release content for both uber and average players, then you need to start making your content serve both. These instanced dungeons could spawn as two different types. In the first types the mobs could be less difficult, and the rewards not quite as good, so that average players could still experience the new content. In the second type you could just buff up the stats of both the mobs and the rewards and the ubers could have their fun too. No new art required and minimal additional coding.


Failing that, you need to stop aiming your content additions all towards the same 5% of the playerbase that have uber combat templates. I don't begrudge them additional content, but it should be a fair share - say 5% instead of 100%.


One final bit: what happens after the combat revamp? Everything seems to indicate that the revamp is going to end up nerfing most of the uber templates as everything gets balanced, what good are these high end dungeons going to be when not even the ubers can do them?

Perhaps my favorite quote to point out what we are seeing in the DWB, other than the insanely high SBDs, is from someone in my group. " Don't try saying anything to me in spatial my loot macro is running so I will miss it."


Yes, good job, let's continue to encourage this behavior. Forced grouping works out real well.

As a fencer/doctor one time Pistoleer, are you ever going to make content i can participate in? I mean for the love of God i cant even dent anything in there. I understand that everyone and the brother is a rifleman, but forrest of us allow us to get some joy out of the game too.


The spawn rates are too high and the things that spawn are juggernauts. I understand you need high end content but geez i am maxxed out in my skills and have good weapondry but i am completely useless in there and in most of your new adventures. Go back to making these instanced and tone it back abit. I dont want to have to use a rifle or use a lightning cannon in any more adventures. Please allow melee classes to have fun too.

i have a unopened asherons call: DM box that you can use and play hell ill even let you use my mule account with a few lvl 100 chars that you can use



go join a clan(the allegians system in AC owns ) and ask them nice to do any quest there but most of all do the queens quest, gearlan, frore quest(lowbie but most fun) any atlan stone quest(my favorite the fire one and see the meaning of jump skill in a MMO, lady ealinthe quest (and see you name called out all over the world ) just do any quest that comes your way and and learn till you drop then return to SWG and do the same here and you have a 1000% inprovement in quest fun



quest in SWG are lame to short to easy or to hard (and now extreem hard)



ow and after you have done that go visit ayan and go fight pk lite(go pink ) and see how funPvP can be(or go to darktide for PvP only also fun



i mean i do like SWG but ive done quest and they are not fun and for a casual player like me some are just crazy(and usualy those are the ones to get some loot.


this is a serious offer TH so i may stay playing SWG and not leave when WoW comes out(and if that sux back to AC im filthy rich there )
