umm... if you add 3 weeks from patch day this is last day of phase 2. why dont you wait till tomorow to see if you need to rant and rave
If a phase is supposed to last three weeks, that includes the first day.
Therefore, the three week period ended at server shutdown last night.
if you even open a calander, go from the 31st of last month (patch day) then just bounce down 1,2,3 rows then today is last day. Today is 3 full weeks of phase 1. I am assuming thats why he is not anwering us because it is that simple. Now if tommorow is not phase 2 then they were lying and you can flame them and me for even saying this. everyone calm down and go check out the village tommorow.

That's not how a span of time is measured.
If you say something lasts 3 weeks, it goes from, for example, the beginning ofa Tuesday through the end of a Monday.
That is why we speak of a week as being from monday through Sunday.
That is why a week is the span of seven days.
Under your theory a week is eight days (counting the first full Tuesday and the last full Tuesday).
Let me assure you that nobody does this when they talk about something lasting a week, three weeks, etc.

ya maybe your right, im just trying to come up with something, and hoping that this is last day of phase 1 is something hehe. ok but i just found where we were told 3 weeks. it just says aproximately 3 weeks not exactly so now im not really sure when phase 2 will start. here is the post from test center.click here

i logged on and if im reading this right it means if we can go in the town we get a title of FS correct? if so its buggin because i have 4 branches and im in the town and nada as far as a new title ???

What an amazing slap in the face to paying customers. TH's cavalier remark shows how little the Devs care about what paying customers think or the questions they ask. If this were any other business, they would be in bankruptcy. Imagine going to your local dry cleaners to pick up your clothes and ask when they will be ready and the clerk tells you " I know if they are ready, but im not going to tell you. Youll just have to wait until im good and ready to let you know."
Get it through your overly thick skulls that we are the ones paying the bills around here. Without us, this site and this game would be gathering dust on some storage shelf. Im sick to death of stealth nerfs, bugs, the inability to stick to a schedule or the lack of care to address players needs and concerns. Ive asked questions in the past with a level of respect and understanding of the job you have to do. But asking nice is a waste of breath. We either get ignored or get a sarcastic response. You and every CSR, DEV and programer are here to make our gaming experience a fun one. Instead your directive seems to be to attempt to frustrate us at every turn. In my job I am a manager. Im responsible for a team of salespeople. I treat them with respect and our customers at an even higher level of respect. You dont understand the meaning of the word "respect". I expected so much better and got so little in return.
