Bring Creature handler pets back up in power across the board.
(since CH's were nerfed as part of the combat rebalance)

Fix the speed caps to ranged professions -->Pistols < Carbines < Rifles, with the max range of weopons going in reverse order.

Fix Pistol Melee defense 2 so that it actually performs a KD like Pistol Melee defense 1. Also, add a dizzy effect to Pistol Melee defense 2 to make it more valuable than Pistol Melee defense 1.

add back the TEF for jedi. base on visibility. at x percent above the visibility to put jedi on the BH boards they get a general TEF

Either fix armor so stun damage is not the end all damage type for combat, or give every profession a stun damage weapon.

weapon switching speed should be based on the lvl of the profession that the character is. the higher the lvl, the quicker they can switch weapons

If you can not impliment the % base buff formula yet (might be alot of code) then at least change the buff formula to this....
Buff=Base pack power*Med rating/100*Wound healing/100 (Currently this formula on live has a *2 added in)
This formula should knock most buffs down to 900-1k (plenty for PvE) and knock top end buffs down to 1400 ish....
That is still *alot* to buff, however, if somone is using armor, their second stats may actually be low enough to stop insane regen+no special costs IE people will be killable again without mind damage....
Couple that with lowering the armor to 60-70% non-special resists (which would double or triple alot of classes damage in PvP) and you just helped alot of non-mind damage classes out....
