make mind healable.
in doing so, the only thing CM's will need nerfed is "diseases".as for everyone else, their one hit wonders(mind) will be non factors.

nerf buffs, 50% armor cap, fix psgs with LS resists, and take out the SBDs.

Remove the weapon switch / armor timer
-Don't make the rest of the player base pay because of a Jedi Exploit.

Give all combat professions access to a wider variety of weapons with damage types and armor piercing, so all professions can have comparable usefulness in the end game and in experienced player locals.

Make certain ranged weapons more likely togo through the Jedi'ssabre blockthan others since right now no ranged weapons have a chance against higer lvl jedi

Add LS resists to a type of armor that is rarely used, for instance Ubese or Tantel

Hmm... Lot's of good suggestions here already, so....
Do something to balance buffs...
We need them badley in PVE but they have ruined PVP.
IF you nerf buffs it will hurt the PVE crowd, and if you don't nerf buffs then PVP will be hurt.
See if you can find a happy medium for the two.

Remove Secondary Stat Buffs as they unbalance the natural balance (encumberance)of all armor.
