Well I have this 1 problem with my X34 landspeeder that always happens. When i get to a city (player/Normal) and i get off car i go to store it and it won't do anything. No matter how many times i tryed it would not store so i had to just leave it there a bunch of times

These are unresolved vehicle issues that I witness during gameplay. The only vehicle I use is a Speeder Bike Swoop.


The vehicle is repaired when damaged, stored into the datapad, later called but with the damage before the repair. The credits do not reappear in the character's inventory or bank account.


The vehicle will disappear occasionally when the character dismounts, but the vehicle presents a Store tag instead of a Call tag in the datapad. I once had this happen and didn't store it, because I thought it stored itself. The next time I called the vehicle it was disabled. The vehicle was above 50% condition when it disappeared. I always store the vehicle when it disappears, just to be safe.

The character will occasionally warp forward when dismounting the vehicle. This is extremely dangerous when dismounting in the vicinity of aggressive NPC's. I always dismount 100m from a mission waypoint in order to avoid such unwanted confrontations.

Something not mentioned here...


Not a bug really, just an issue. When driving a vehicle, I'd like to be able to look around.


Currently, I have my mouselook function in use.I use the arrow keys to move forward/backand strafe, but I also use the mouse to change direction while walking. When I enter a vehicle, the mouselook function only works while 1) the vehicle is not in motion or 2) when the vehicle is in motion but the forward thrust (up arrow key) is not engaged. Moving the mouse steers the vehicle. I would like the ability to either turn this off permanently or temporarily.


What I guess I'm saying is that I would like tohave theability to keymap ground movement and vehicle movement seperately.

There seems to be uncertainty about the vehicle's actual position in some circumstances. I notice it most when entering a city. I get to my destination (often a bazaar terminal), and find that it disappears when I dismount, or else will say I am "too far away" if I select something from the radial.


Noticed something last night in Bestine that made sense of this. I had driven through the gate near the shuttleport on an X34, and dismounted by the bazaar terminal on the other side of the shuttleport. The X34 disapeared, but I noticed that it had re-appeared on the other side of the gate. I suspect that part of the game thought I couldn't drive through that gate, even though the other part showed me doing so.

For the Last Coupleweeks when i generate my Landspeeder if I don't pan the camera to a different angle the Graphic turn into a Maze of Lines and they just flash and plink on the whole screen. if i pan over head it is corrected bu then i can't see where I am going.. This is a Graphic issue that in my opion needs to be addressed.

The X34 (landspeeder) seems to have an origin / centerpoint issue.


If you're riding an X34 and you fall under attack while riding it, I believe it is at the moment the attack begins that the problem occurs. Although you still see yourself as sitting in your X34 cruising along, the server sees your character and the X34 as being about 30 to 40m away from each other.


That's why when you stop, you can't 'Store' the vehicle (you get an out of range message).


The other problem this causes is that unless you enter a structure, your character's 'position' on the server isn't reset properly. This is best evidenced as follows:


Get in your X34 near a Player City that has a shuttleport. Cruise around until you fall under attack. Go back to the player city and exit your vehicle. Note that you will not be able to access the Travel Terminal or the Ticket Collector. I believe this is a result of the same issue as above...the game sees you as being a fair distance away from where you see yourself, so you're unable to use the terminal / collector because as far as the server is concerned, you're nowhere near them.


The other extremely annoying issue with the X34 is that if you go into a building that's not in a game city or player city, most likely the vehicle will disappear while you're inside. Again, this doesn't seem to happen in game cities or player cities, only when going into buildings that are just 'out in the wild'.

okay there's only one thing I want to know about the vehicles, The X-34 landspeeders in pacticular.


The land speeder has space for two...So why can't other player get in with the owner and ride with them. It would make travling in groups easier. Not to metion having a Npc Rebel trooper attack enemy's while you drive would be helpful. And it would make Escort missions much eaiser.

Not sure if this has been addressed yet sine I don't have time to read all the posts.....

Vehicles DECAY too fast! My Swoop with over 2300 condition (88% Experimentation) goes down under 1000 in just a couple of hours!!!

That's not consistant with real-life vehicles. It doesn't cost me 5000 a day to keep my car running, why shoud a way more advanced vehicle be any different?

Developers do not allow attacks from speeders, because it would allow players to kite with little or no risk to themselves. It may be unrealistic, but to change this would severely unbalance the combat system (not that it's balanced now).

I find that if I let the vehicle come to a complete stop on its own, and wait about 3 seconds before I exit the vehicle, I don't warp, ever...but when I start trying to exit the vehicle while its moving or right after it stops, i never get off in the correct spot. Maybe it's as simple as we are moving to fast for the servers to accuratly track, and once you are stationary for a bit it can pinpoint your location on the map...either way try waiting before you dismount until they fix it.
