First off I would like to say.. great job guys! The publish rocks.. the only thing I have a question about is this "Added hooded dress for Trandoshan females" added meaning? there is a new dress only they can wear or meaning they can now wear the grand healers robe..

and if there is a new dress is it a loot scematic? or? cause I have looked all over my current scematic list and don't see it anywhere..


other then that I have no other questions or complaints.. I think starports should take longer then shuttles and its only fair that the vehicles can now be destroyed without the quick fix.. great job! I think bringing more realism into the gameis awesome.. the more the better.. don't change things just cause there are whinny people out there who feelthe world/game owes them something

I may have missed it in the notes, but it seems that there has been an undocumented change in the critter AI. Very well done. Lots of ranged attacks. Critters are moving in and out of combat now instead of just charging in until they all die at my feet. I actually got killed by a nest of anglers last night on Yavin.

This whole thing has created something of an irony here. There are 2 issues that people WANTED by a large margin and were taken away.


1. Vehicle Repair --- I understand it is ridiculous BUT IT WAS DESIRED. No vehicle repairs. It's no that difficult to come up with a different money sink for a developer.


2. Fast buffing --- I would need some popcorn and have to start smoking again to listen to anything remotely sane about this "fix". If the purpose of this "fix" is to keep people from jumping right back into a fight, why PvP? Why would it even be included? This was actually one of the most USEFUL tools for PvP and it was taken away.



So how is it that this issue got addressed, but a CM didn't get a nerf? How would this have been addressed but a Rifleman is still pumping Jawa Shots to the ole bean at a rate of 1 per sec. How is this little issue addressed when THE DANCERS AND MUSICIANS WERE DOING IT THEMSELVES, it isn't like this is something done by "outside" influence. It was actually a smart way for a dancer or musician...THAT GOT THEIR OCCUPATION TRASHED BY THE HOLOCRONS!!!...to make some money faster than they were previously able to.



There is some seriously flawed logic being used to make decisions in this game. I posted once that a year from now when all the whiners had left, I would still be here fighting the Rebellion.


Now I wonder if anyone can burn me a copy of Lineage 2.

I've been using traps from hotkeys since I started playing.


Since patch 8, they no longer throw from hotkeys, they no longer throw from inventory.


They will not throw them from a boat, they will not throw them at a goat. They do not like green eggs and ham; they do not like them, Sam I Am.


If this is not resolved soon, I will use my SP in a better fashion than scout.

And as a Rebel that totally got creamed bya Nova Trooper in Kor Vella after getting popped overt by a scan... BRING THEM BACK. What are you people thinking?!

Now I was against all the Novas in Mos Espa and well...i still am, there were WAY to many of them. It didnt make since that some kind of storm trooper that no one had even heard of now replaced every normal ST in the entire area (with very few ecxeptions, like some in patrols OUTSIDE of the city and what not here and there...) but to remove them completely is a little stupid too, Nova should exist they should just be more rare, like they still spawn in Espa just not replace EVERY trooper in the city. I could understand a couple elite troopers that would even spawn after a certain number of normal ST were killed, infact that is an awsome idea. If when a certain count of ST were killed in a certain area a small group of the novas would be deployed in the area (much like the patrols found wondering around) so that some rebel FP farmer is cutting down his crop and then he get whacked by a small strike team of better stormies showing that they wont stand for that kind of crap for long. Because with no novas it is a little to easy to farm, and then with too many it is impossible, so having the novas as an 'the empire is pissed at you' type of fallback plan I think would rock!...but maybe thats just me?...

This has probablt already been said but I aint looking through umpteen pages. TH the5 minutes to the shuttle ports was good but shuttle ports were not the main hold up. Its the starports. Thats where everyone was wanting and needing the time changes to be. Get the devs to listen and change the starports to 5 minute or less wait time.

Since the new publish, Speederbike Swoops take a lot longer to stop...where they used to stop fairly quickly, now they go at least another 500-1000 feet...This wasn't happening before the publish.

I'm still wondering how a weak combat medic can throw his "grenades" up to 64m (by design and easily exeeded) yet big strong commandos can only throw grenades out to 32m (no way to exceed)....


I also love how theideal range on the Proton grenades is inside the blast radius.. I used to blow myself up all the time... hehe, itwas quite fun back before decay.

I'm very happy with the change made to crackdown Storm Trooper faction. Lets face it this was something that needed addressing, glad to see the developers act on it so quickly.


It's probably not going to stop it right away but it certainly will put people off and hopefully in the long run stop that annoying faction farming that wasbecoming a serious problem.

P.S. - any chance of adding turrets or maybe super deadly AT-ST's for both inside and the surrounding perimiter to help protect the fairly weak defences of both Talus & Dantooine Imperial outposts?

Traps must now be stored in the very top layer of your inventory. I don't know why.

NEW BUG:


I was fighting savage quenkers when I realized I was getting hit for very large damage from baby spawns. I did a little testing, and it turns out that the normal melee attack a baby does still does the very small amount of damage (~16 dmg), but baby's were also doing a ranged attack that was hitting for very high (in the area of 250ish). This was quite unpleasant as they seemed to hit mind quite a bit!
