TH, are you going to address any of these posts with GOOD points about how badly you guys have screwed up? You were honest, but in some kind of propaghandist way. Be honest with us, tell us you screwed up with jedi, with the CB, with the GCW, and everything else, and tell us you know this, and you want to fix it! Tell us you're SORRY. You know you just slapped every vet in the face with these Jedi publishes and now this. We are not all RANTING TROLLS. The people that are most angry and not sucking up are the oldest, wisest, veteran players who LOVE star wars and want to love this game just as much.Only after you realize that, can the actual bridge between us players and you devs begin construction. Don't make us out to be crazy people and just give a reply to the back patters. That's even more infuriating.

Please, tell me your logic, id love to hear it. You got your promotion, now take the responsiblity that goes with it. Please explain to us why we would want to buy something else from a company that sold us a faulty product?
Here's another big prediction, TH will be gone when JTL comes out. You can only shovel **edit** for so long. Q gave it up, so will TH.
Ya. Easy to see why Q ran for it.

I've read many posts with extremely good points and they won't respond to any of them, it's obvious.

TH, I think you do a pretty good job and have since you got there up until a few weeks ago when you guys retreated into your bunkers.
The only way you guys are gonna fix this is to get your asses onto the boards and in the game and Talk to the people and listen to us.
Not asking for everything to be changed

Just and FYI...this may not mean a lot, but it does to me...
Ever since we Correspondents heard about the Delay, TH has gone out of his way to get as much details from us about what SOE can do from now until the CB launches to help our communities...He has been seriously energized and focused on collecting our issues and I'm confident that, even though the CB is delayed, we will see many good things coming soon, especially around Publish 11...
TH knew before posting this that it wouldn't be very popular...but I believe him when he says that, in the long run, it will be a good thing they made this move...
If Yoda can have patience turning Luke into a Jedi (pretty much ended his life it did)...I think we can have patience with the Devs making this game be everything it can and will be...

I think you devs are overestimating how 'excited' people are for JTL. Dont delay the combat balance and gcw balance. Delay the release of JTL. That, or risk losing the majority of your devoted player base to this nonsense.

Everyone,
I'll try and keep the peace here, while Garvin fights on the inside, because I know I can do some good. You have to try and understand that a decision like this is extremly hard for the developers. They know the pain and angst it's going to cause... but it's what had to be done right now.
More than anything they want the answer to all fixes to be "Right now." But that obviously cannot happen, with so much having to be done, so it has to be "When the time is available." They do know that this is going to hurt, they know it's gonna cause lost customers, all of that is seen. But they do what will make a better game 6-12 months down the road... it's a sad yet true fact about all MMO's.
I know how you're all looking at your $15 and saying why should I spend this if it's gonna keep getting pushed back? Well go and look at all you have not yet tried in the game. There is a lot to explore, see, try, do, etc. Haven't done PvP? Try it. Haven't been a crafter? Don't grind it... but see if you can make a sucessful business.
I know there are parts of this game you just LOVE right now... so much that you will quit if it's not fixed. Well find things new; and look back at that self that was there when you first logged into SWG. Now look at everything that has changed from then to now... you can see the progress. The game is advancing, and I can still see it plainly, and know it will come out great in the end.
You also have to remember... I pay that same $15 a month you guys do. I can see down the road, and until that "Golden Time", I will find all that is great within SWG. Please try and follow with me... and I know you can enjoy your time.

Dates in SWG History:
06/26/03- Game released despise massive outcry from Beta Testers that this game is not ready and need at least 6 more months of beta testers. Those not in Beta laugh and said Beta testers are lying and just want Beta to continue because they want to play the game for free. They were proven wrong sadly.
07/15/04- The truth comes out. After searching extensively for cheap IT labor at UCSD , UT, and Indiaunsuccessfully, SOE makes breaking announcement: "I have. I've been going over the details, the history and the effect this announcementis having on the community for some time now. I've spent more than a couple of sleepless nights in the past couple of weeks thinking about this post. It's not easy for anyone involved."- TH(damn, I just got promoted and now I'm going to have to start looking for a new job! No wonder Q left.)

your should also tell the higher ups that they will lose a ton of accounts..i myself have 3 accounts and strongly considering cancelling them....that is $45 dollars a month...there alot of other people like me with multiple accounts...u may be out of the job soon if this isn't changed
