I think these are some Wonderful Ideas.
Though a couple things have me worried. I am Bounty Hunter affiliated with the Empire. Is this going to affect any chance of me becoming force sensitive ? And does Opening a force sensitive slot still equal another charachter ?

Just as I know now what I need to do to eventually obtain jedi powers (ala grinding) I want to know what I need to do to be 'invited' by the stranger to begin my quests. Nothing 'hidden'.
I want the same exact chances and opportunities that people had prior to publish 9.
Pre 9 - Want to unlock? Grind professions.
Post 10 - Want to begin the quests? Do X.

Okay, all sounds good. Keep it up
Oh, one more thing...
WHERE do you guys plan on puttting this village, by chance?
Will it be on one of the existing planets? Or will it be located on a new planet, but the Village is the only playable Zone on it?
Like will it be the size of, say, Mos Espa, but the walls surrounding it will prevent players from accessing areas beyond?
Please expound on these details, if you can. Any info would be nice, even if you can only say "No information as of yet that I am allowed to share."
I'd love to know if we will have limited access to a new planet. It would be so cool, even just to know that i'm on a new world beyond that of the other planets.
Thanks Thunderheart, alot.
*Oh yeah i didn't get to respond on the Schedule Change thread, but i'd like to add that I agree with the devs way of thinking. Trying to fix a huge problem with only half (or less than that even) dev group would only cause more bigger problems. Regroup and tackle that monster when you are mentallly ready to. I'll be obliged to play JtL if you plan on fixing it while I'm blasting pirates hehe.

Oh, and for the record, this sounds good. I wish it were more known, seems a bit unfair to the people who didn't holo-grind, but the framework does look kinda nice.

Great ideas! I like the village idea a lot. Definitely hasan "air of mystery" about it. Not exactly sure what a Quest Journal is, but from reading bits of the other posts, it sure seems like a good idea. Good job!

Thunderheart should have written:
“I don’t know. You can’t see theCombat Revamphere.” Paemos complained.
“You can’t see the Smuggler Revamp anywhere on The near agenda, can you? I mean with theJedi running freeand the Nerfs…”
Noldan stopped speaking and turned his head towards the elder, Rohak. Rohak knelt down to the ground and lifted a handful of money to his face. He breathed in deeply, relishing the smell.
“It’s good here. Green. Life.”
The others nodded their heads in agreement. The three men stood and looked at each other for only a moment before Rohak spoke again.
“This is where we shall begin.
The Village of false hope. The dream becomes reality… another year of no content and thousands of lemmings willing to continue paying.”
One of the others said through a grin "If the village doesn't work then we can dangle Jump to Lightspeed before them."
"True my young DEV apprentice. They will forget about the havok we caused to Star Wars: Galaxies when they see the damage we do to the dreams of young players flying a X-Wing" Thunderheart replied.

I like the idea. But... where will be the village? In a new planet?
