Also on a side note, when is the repair bug going to be fixed? I have on several occasions made a mad dash for the shuttle and didn't want to take the time to store my vehicle. This of course forces me to use this bug and i simply do not want any trouble from it and i cnetainly don't want to miss the shuttle because i can't type store and instead have to ues the menu. The second one is i'm a master artisan and do depend on a certain amount of turnover.....
They should be available anywhere that has a shuttle- it would not be realistic to have a garage in the middle of nowhere.
And I think that Garages should be a perk for Master Politicians (we don't have much else!) and Metropolis Player cities only when they are finally available.

As for player garages, I'm all for them, but they should be reserved for the higher city types (e.g. Metropolis). If a city is big enough to show on the planetary map, it should be able to have a garage if necessary. A large portion of the income could go into the city's coffers, how much could be a building setting.

Well, how about Lok, anywhere on Lok, just one is all I'm asking for. There's at least one one on all naboo, coreillia, rori, tatooine and talus, yet even though Lok is a moon of a starter world it has none. Now, I know that it's not a beginner world, but isn't it a beginner/intermediate as opposed to a full intermediate like Dantooine? I'd say Dantooine deserves at least a couple too, being that it's a world you can build on. I personally live on Lok and it's a tremendous hassle to have to go all the way to Nym's, go to Theed, go the garage, pay for that, then have to go back to Nym's and home from there. By the time I'm back my swoops already got a couple of decay hits and I'm out 6-7k for it. And I have to do this on a bi daily basis when I'm busy. Really cutting into the acual play time.
As far as the other world that already have them, they don't need more, let them wait till they're player craftable. Just put them on the worlds people actually live on and don't have, that' sthe priority
